From the moment we arrived, our experience was top-notch. Mollie greeted us with a warm smile and efficiently checked us in, setting the tone for a welcoming and pleasant stay.

Breakfast: The breakfast spread was very good and definitely hit the spot. One suggestion that would elevate the experience even further: consider swapping out the paper plates and plastic utensils for real dishware and silverware. A small upgrade that would make a big impact—and if acFairfield can do it, so can you!

Room: We stayed in the King Bedroom Suite, and it was absolutely outstanding. Gorgeous and beautifully appointed, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The view overlooking the track was an unexpected bonus and added to the overall charm.

Cleanliness: This hotel was immaculate from top to bottom—a true testament to the dedication and attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. Every corner looked fresh and well cared for.

Location: Tucked away in a serene spot, this hotel is a hidden gem. There’s absolutely no highway noise, making it a perfect retreat for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Amenities: One of the standout features is that it’s connected directly to The Mint Casino, adding an exciting layer of entertainment just steps away from our room.

Dining: There are a few dining options available over at the casino. Just be mindful of the timing—it’s definitely worth planning ahead to get the best experience.

Service & Staff: Every staff member we encountered was kind, courteous, and helpful. Their professionalism and friendliness did not go unnoticed and contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere.

I stayed here a couple of weekends ago to go to the Mint Casino. Nice to have hotel right next door. The staff was nice, the location was clean including the room and the complementary breakfast was a lot better than I expected. The only issue I had was my bill. I purchased the room at a discount as a bonvoy member and also on a promotion but when I got my bill it was higher than what I confirmed at. I thought maybe the price would be readjusted after the pre auth but that didn’t happen. I called up to the hotel and they fixed it but whomever I spoke with seemed agitated. This rubbed me the wrong way as I am the customer and I did nothing wrong. I have every right to inquire about my bill and if your staff did something wrong then you should correct and not take it out on me. I will say I have stayed at The Westin, Multiple Marriott locations and even a Marriott boutique hotel and never have I ever been asked to swipe my card upon check in but I was here which is strange to me. The clerk said there was an issue with my check in via the app so they needed my card to be swiped. It didn’t make sense but I went with it. I even asked about my rate discount and the promotion at check in and they assured me everything was correct then I get a bill and my rate is higher. Something just doesn’t feel clean to me so I probably won’t be revisiting but at least my stay was nice for the most part and I eventually got...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Springhill Suites Franklin Mint while we went to the casino and I can't recommend it highly enough!

From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic experience. The shower was a true highlight—spacious for a tall guy like me with great water pressure, making my mornings feel like a spa experience and the great soap they provided. After a long night at the subpar casino, I looked forward to sinking into the incredibly comfortable bed, which offered the perfect amount of support and plushness for a restful night's sleep.

What truly stood out, though, was the amazing staff. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was exceptional. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring I had everything I needed, their level of service made all the difference.
