Terrible! Waited 30 minutes in line. Ordered the Mint burger and Chicken Alfredo. Both were very DRY and the Alfredo resembles a noodle salad. Picture of Alfredo attached. Did someone forget Alfredo sauce? No picture of dry hamburger because my dog ate it. On a past visit I ordered the Colossal Chicken Wings & Fries., are u kidding me "colossal"! It was more like a chicks wing AND again DRY!! I will not walk into this place again and do not recommend it!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch on our way to Bowling Green from Nashville. He ordered the Wagu sliders, and I had the roast beef sandwich. There were supposed to be 3 sliders with his $14.99 meal. The two end sliders were only half meat on the bun. Just know you're actually only going to get two sliders worth of meat with three buns. Both of our meals were cold. It's unfortunate, we had heard really great things about this place.

I thought this was a small dinner with not a lot of options for food. I couldn't have been more wrong. The selection here is plenty. Now, when I was there, I saw two people complaining. My service was wonderful, so I feel it was their poor attitude. Perhaps they didn't do well on the slots and took it out on others. The food was delicious, and sitting wasn't an issue.

My husband and I receive “free” food credits due to being “Platinum” members. But let’s be honest here. Is it really free? You have to earn points via spending money to obtain a certain tier membership. Neither here nor there. We’ve utilized our “ free” meals each month since February. Out of the 12 meals, maybe 3 of them were good. More times than not it’s mediocre and atleast a “hot meal”. They’ve lost our order and had us wait almost 2 hours before realizing they had lost our order- wasn’t very apologetic at all. The kitchen manager who appears to be barely 18 offered another comped meal due to the situation. The very next meal we ordered was terrible. The rice in the teriyaki bowl was complete mush. Because it’s late and considered “free” we’ve given this place several tries. This last time will be our absolute last time for sure. We arrived at 10pm. Placed our order and waited 40 mins. When the young lady brought our food our, the biscuit that comes my husbands meal was hard as a rock. I literally could have thrown it and broke a window with it. No exaggeration. I politely brought it to the waitresses attention and with a straight face she says that there’s nothing she can do about it. It’s the end of the night and they are all going to be that way. They weren’t just going to make fresh ones. So trying not to be a “Karen”, I walked way. Until I noticed her being rude to an older couple that was sitting in front of us. So I asked to speak to the manager. Long story short. He also stated that it was the end of the night. He also stated he wouldn’t eat it either but there wasn’t really anything he could do about it. It just baffles me that customer service has come to this. No pride in their work or concern whatsoever for the customer. Kitchen management is just as bad. I will say there is lady that works there that is very sweet and does a great job. It’s a shame she has to deal with the frustration that she does because the kitchen staff and management just doesn’t...

Amazing! First night the two of us had chicken alfredo and a Caesar salad (At 10 pm no less) and it was better than the Olive Garden and cheaper than a meal for 2 there. The portions were huge and EVERYTHING was so fresh!!!!

We went back for breakfast the next morning. The hotel recommended The Omelette so I got the veggie omelette. It had fresh spinach, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and peppers mixed with three of the largest eggs I've ever seen and came with an English muffin and hash browns all for $9.49. the meal covered an entire surface of a 14-inch plate. My partner got what was supposed to be two eggs, a meat and toast for $6.99. at this price point at a casino Cafe we weren't expecting much. We were astonished when it came to the table. The mail also covered a 14-inch plate. We ordered two eggs over medium which were cooked perfectly, two sausage patties that were not greasy and tasted amazing, toast and to our surprise a huge portion of shredded hash browns like you would see at the waffle House.

Both times the staff were amazing we ate in and they brought everything to our table and helped us immensely.

Whitmore casinos had...

I purchased the steak and eggs breakfast at the Corner Cafe inKentucky Downs for $25 this morning. I'm not a complainer, but wish I had complained and handed the breakfast back for a refund instead of trying to eat it. The steak was so tough the coffee sloshed out of my cup onto the table as I was trying to cut the meat. The meat was cooked medium, as i had ordered and it had a good flavor, so I worked diligently and ate about 3/4 of it. The eggs were great, just a little overcooked. But the hashbrowns were horrible. They had a terrible taste which I think may have been grill cleaner. I didn't even eat one bite. The coffee wasn't really very good either. I was thoroughly disappointed since I drove about 12 miles out of my way to eat there because the same meal at the Mint in Bowling Green was top notch. When I left i told the cashier for that price breakfast they should be serving a higher quality piece of steak. I may return because the staff was very nice, but no more steak breakfast...
