The ladies of this hotel are what makes the experience from me. I traveled from Connecticut on a couple hours sleep in hopes of meeting an overnight package at this hotel to begin a days work in the area. After explaining the scenario they we kind to check me in probably earlier than I ever have doing this job. Attentive to my package delivery so much that after USPS delayed the delivery they came directly to my car in the lot to inform me the package had arrived. Come on. That is service. I forgot my flatware to eat my dinner. I made a pot roast because I cook out of my hotels and it really does help the mental health when you travel solo. Plates napkins cups were easily attainable with their help. Kindness goes so far in life and these two young ladies are nailing it. Want to feel like you came home to mom's house that's definitely been around a minute but full of love and service. This is it. Can't beat the view on the one side of the hotel. Keep it up ladies and thanks for making the one night stay just pleasant.

Stay somewhere else if you can! First glance, room looks ok but so much wrong here. Bathroom tub area was in terrible shape, not sure who tries to patch the walls and caulk, but the work was awful. The washcloths and towels were stained, looked like rags and the bedding had stains on it. The floors were dirty enough if you walked barefoot, your feet were filthy in no time, coffee maker had a used coffee packet still in it and no new cups in the room. The closet door only stayed shut if you set something in front of the door to keep it closed. The entire outdoor area was a mess and the back of the yard had broken cement blocks and an old picnic table where people hung out at night to smoke and drink, garbage can overflowing and someone kept propping the doors open so anyone could come in to hang out in the rooms and lobby. Lots of traffic in and out of the parking lot all night, it was scary for sure. Breakfast area was a joke. Could not wait to leave this place.

This place was awful. The rooms were still a bit dirty. The toilet seat was broken off. The night auditor was smoking inside! We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe staying here. We only stopped here because it was affordable and we were tired of traveling. Did not know too much about this place until we looked it up and there is a lot of crime. If you are traveling with family, I suggest driving to the next town, if not, elsewhere. Do not stop here. Felt very unsafe. It is not family friendly. And honestly it felt like a very oppressed town. People were seen driving around with no shirts on, possibly on drugs. The only things I took from this stay was the beautiful view from the window, and the fact that I was with my family.

I don't know where to begin about how disappointing this hotel was. To begin with, the pictures online must be at least a decade old as it looks NOTHING now ;likeit does in the pictures. For $82/nite I didn't expect a luxury restort, but at least something close to the pictures posted. The lobby appears decent in the pics - it had 2 old stained filthy broken down wing back chairs that my wife and I would not sit in. Just beyond the lobby is the eating area which was shabby with a large soda vending machine against the wall not working and empty. ..Breakfast was NOTHING like the pics. The only hot food was a crock pot of gravy (made out of who knows what) to serve over some prefab biscuits. The computer crashed and there were clients returning from their assigned rooms because there were other people in the rooms when they entered. King rooms were supposed to include sofa-beds and didn't. Our room was what we reserved - 2 doubles - but so dark and dingy. I was afraid to sit on the beds and checked immediately for bedbugs. Not finding any traces, I slept in my bed and my wife didn't complain, but her bed sloped severely from one corner to the next and she didn't sleep well at all. The flap in the toilet tank leaked so that the toilet emptied and refilled constantly throughout the night. We got no housekeeping the next morning, but that doesn't surprise me. The shower was hot, but was a weak ring of water rather than a full shower spray. Finally, our deadbolt would not reach the door frame so we could only secure our door with the little flip over security look. The door didn't seal well and there was light showing all around the door. You could actually see the hallway in one part. On a positive note, the heat and air was OK and the TV worked. The hotel is on a small hill above another business. The parking lot had no barriers nor signage warning you that you could literally drive off a cliff into the business below, which I nearly did. I have enjoyed other Choice Hotel properties in the past, but DO NOT...

In 3 years this hotel has really gone down in quality. My plan was to be there for a week while I visited my family in town. I own my own business so internet is vital and was told that the wifi was "spotty" and where our room was located was not as good as rooms closer to the lobby. So we asked to move. The room we ended up in was clean but the floor was wet, not just the bathroom floor but the entire room. The humidity in the room was so high (AC was on full blast so it was cool) that our pillows were damp. The locks were broken on all the exterior doors so that you could not use your room key. Everyone just put a rock and propped the doors open so anyone could get in any door at any time. The lack of pool or fitness center as my husband just started a new routine and not having any exercise facilities was a setback. My husband took photos of the current state of things which apparenly have been unavailable for a year or more. The Ice machine was broken most of the days we were there. Our toilet appeared to run intermittantly whether it had been used or not. Only once that I went to the front desk did I find someone there and not out in front of the entrance smoking with a group of people. Most disappointing of all was the breakfast. 3 years ago there were great little egg "discs," sausages, fruit, juices, waffles and individual bottles of milk, and biscuits and gravy. We got up early each morning to have breakfast. This time, the only thing that remained was the waffles and biscuits & gravy (not every day). Unfortunately there aren't many hotels in the area all we can do is hope that you work on improving...

WOW! I must admit that I am very critical when I stay at a hotel. I expect as close to perfection that is humanly possible. I like clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and towels, and the staff's attitude is also equally important to me. I must say that this Comfort Inn was GREAT! I was treated with respect and made to feel extremely welcome from the moment I checked in. Our room was absolutely PERFECT! Our bed was very comfortable, the pillows and comforter were dreamy! The T.V. was big and on a high entertainment stand so that we could see it well. Our room had a jacuzzi a few feet from the bed, (only problem was the drain was broken, so we had to stuff it with a wash rag) normally I would have been disappointed enough to say something to the staff, but it wasn't that big of a deal considering how great everything else was. Breakfast...Definitely the best I have had in a Comfort Inn, the food was beautifully presented, at temperature, and the woman tending to the breakfast area was very helpful, and polite. She definitely made it a great experience. The housekeepers in the morning were very nice, and quiet. They gave my husband and I extra towels for the pool ( they offer pool towels. but they are small, so I recommend asking for extra bath towels). One issue I would like to address, is the temperature of the Indoor Pool water. I could see it being a "Good Thing" to some, but for us, it was a little uncomfortable. It was like swimming in A huge Hot Tub. I was expecting it to be warm, but it was HOT! Nice pool though, just way too warm...
