The room appeared clean when we first walked in but when we started moving the night stand, chair, and other things in the room we found old food, a needle cap, a lot of trash, boxes of raisins, and broke pen tops. While I was in the shower I felt cold water dripping on me. I looked up and there was a hole(that had previously been poorly patched) So every time the person upstairs would take a shower the ceiling would leak. The WiFi is shoty. The breakfast was nasty. There was biscuits and gravy but the biscuits were dry. They put the gravy in a crockpot but it didn’t look like they cleaned it very good. There was crusty bits stuck to the sides. There was also plastic and some kind of paper in the gravy mix. The outside appearance is fine in the front but when we drove to the back the trash can was over flowing with trash. There is also a lot of pot holes throughout the parking lot they should think about getting filled. The in room coffee pot was nasty. I tried cleaning it 5 times to be exact but still after the 5th time I didn’t feel comfortable using it. We went to McDonalds every morning for breakfast because of the nasty food. We didn’t get in the pool because the water looked filthy. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. I will never stay at this place again. We was in town for work so when we get back to the hotel we want quite. Getting back to the room at 7:30pm expecting to be able to relax it was always so loud there was someone vacuuming the hallway around 8pm or so. There was constantly people running up and down the hallway at all hours of the night. The housekeepers came in everyday and “cleaned” our room while we was at work. They wouldn’t always take the trash, didn’t give new shampoo and conditioner. They would only leave lotion. They didn’t clean or wipe anything down in the room. The towels were rough and had a weird smell.

I stayed at this hotel starting July 17 for a couple of days. The rooms are semi clean. I probably gave it the best cleaner it had in years. Also, The security lock was broken on the door. I had to let the hotel know that it was broken not for sure if someone was planning to come back in and yes, it’s true. The hotel does smell like marijuana. There’s too many people that hang around in the lobby that doesn’t even have a room, they run out of towels please bring your own towels. I was also given some sort of facial rack. I don’t know what kind of product was on this rag after being washed, but it broke my face out immediately. Also, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. I also contact the hotel but the GM is never available morning noon or night. over the phone or in person. The headquarters can never reach that person. The chair that they have in the room by the desk gave out my senior mother‘s slipped and fell down the desk top on top of her, which didn’t have that much weight in it the first place. My mother does have insurance. I emailed the GM to see Can they pay what’s left over? I never got a response on top of that. The person that works at the front desk. She didn’t even have the audacity to ask my mother; How are you as a returning from the ER? An incident report was also filled out, but they couldn’t give us a copy. If not about just giving someone a bunch of points to solve a problem. I would like a full refund and this medical bill paid that I emailed the GM.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is not family appropriate. I did not find any bedbugs as reported in a review, but the room was filthy. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped for quite some time. There was food left in the mini-fridge. I found food crumbs on the chair. The exterior doors had electrical tape over the lock to defeat the lock. The PTAC (air/heat) unit was filthy. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke despite the fact it was marked as a no-smoking room. It is very obvious that locals are renting rooms here. They spent a significant amount of time in the parking lot listening to their car radio (turned up), cussing at their toddler children, spray painting rims, having friends drive over to drop-off/exchange unspecified items. Loitered in the parking lot past 11pm. We emailed Wyndham to report the problem and they immediately replied to our email and apologized, and said that manager of this Super 8 would be in contact with us within a week. We have not received any contact from hotel manager. This is not a safe place to stay, especially if you have children. And it certainly isn't a clean place.

We were gifted a one night stay to this hotel in the deluxe suite for Christmas. We have 3 kids, so we we’re pretty thrilled to get a night out alone. As soon as we walked in the smell of dirty laundry and just a dirty smell in general hit us. I knew before checking in we wouldn’t be staying the night, but was hopeful the room would be better. When we got to the elevator it was piled up with wet dirty towels and the hallways to the room were dirty with trash sitting everywhere. When we walked in the room the floors were absolutely filthy, the “non smoking” room smelled like a dirty ash tray, the sheets had cigarette burns in them, the AC unit had leaked leaving rotten places on the wall. We went to this hotel to enjoy the jacuzzi and relax, but after I saw the nasty condition of the room I knew that wasn’t going to happen. We filled the tub up and turned the keys on for 10 minutes just to see what would come out of the jets and within 5 minutes of them being on there was black stuff in the water and a nasty grimy ring around the tub. The jets on the tub were loose and hanging on by a thread and the faucet itself was extremely loose. We were there less than an hour before leaving. We didn’t see bugs, but there was a super strong bug spray chemical smell upon entering the rooms. We were super disappointed about the fact that this was the first time in nearly a year that we’ve been able to spend time alone together and weren’t able to do that because of the condition of the room. This was, hands down, the nastiest place we have ever been to. DO NOT waste time or money...
