Utah Lake State Park Group Campground — Hotel in Provo

The park has nice, paved camp site both pull throughs and back in sites with ample space for slide outs and setting up tents. Cook grills, water and electric are available at the well maintained, level sites. There are flush toilets and showers. The docking facilities are well made and maintained. Due to the prolonged drought the lake levels were low and the grass in the camp ground was going dormant, yellowing and browning out during my visit in late September 2022. The are paved walking and bicycling trail.

Disadvantage it is very near an airport with take offs and landings going from early morning to late night, so quiet night sounds and listening to morning song birds is drowned out by...

Bugs are horrible! Water is gross and murky. Trash all over the beach area. People let their dogs use the restroom all over the beach and near the water, weren't picking up after them.
