The park is beautiful! It’s clean with great amenities, I honestly really like it. Unfortunately there is a gun club very close by that pops off all day long, into the evening. It would be nice to enjoy the sounds of nature and relax, but the gunfire is very loud and nonstop. Nothing is wrong with the park itself, but it’s just not a quiet place to relax. I asked on a facebook camping group if they heard this noise before or if it was just today and they say the sounds are just some weekdays for events at the club. The gunfire went from 3pm to 9pm, Nonstop. Then I was harassed and threatened online by some members of the club for asking if this was a firework event or gun range that was so loud (I didn’t know) and they thought was complaining about guns (I wasn’t) so be careful, there are some very sensitive men with guns in the area. I simply asked if it was a fireworks event or gun range, and if it was a common occurrence, and members began harassing. Go ahead and shoot guns in a gun range, that’s great, I didn’t expect the constant sounds while camping because I didn’t know a gun range was next door.

We brought our 43 ft 5th wheel here and found the park fit our needs nicely. I worked from the RV using the 4-5 bar cell signal. When I wasn't working, I enjoyed the Park's hiking trails with my family.

We camped 9/5 to 9/9 at first we reserved a site from 5/6 through 5/9 but decided later we actually wanted to start Sunday instead. When we called to ask for a night earlier they were very accommodating. Even though the spot we had reserved was taken they gave us the spot across. The whole camping area was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms and showers were surprisingly clean. I would recommend...
