We recently stayed at the SureStay Hotel in Rexburg, Idaho, and had a fairly average experience. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway, which made it easy for us to explore the area and get to our destinations quickly.

The room itself was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good.

The hotel is dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us. However, the cost was on the expensive side for what we received. After the $30 pet fee, our total for one night came to over $190, which felt a bit steep for an average hotel stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Check-in was smooth and they were quick to address any questions we had.

Overall, the SureStay Hotel is a decent option if you’re looking for a place to stay in Rexburg and are traveling with a pet. It’s not particularly fancy and it is expensive for what you receive, but it gets the job done for a...

I stay at this hotel several times a year and have always had a good experience. The hotel has recently been remodeled and rebranded. The staff have always greeted me with a smile and are professional and knowledgeable about the area. My room was clean and spacious. It had everything you would expect: mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board, hair dryer ect. The mattress was more firm than I like but I still slept well. The rooms have hardwood floors so if you want don't want to hear people walking around, get a room on the 2nd floor. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you will need to use the stairs. The pool and HT were closed for maintenance but looked nice. I did not eat breakfast so I cannot comment on that but I'm sure it's your typical hotel hot breakfast. The hotel is only 30 min away from downtown Idaho Falls and costs less than most hotels in that area. Overall, this is a great place to stay, definitely consider staying here if when...

Going to visit daughter and didn’t get as far as we normally do, so decided to stay here. First thing I saw was a bug on the floor. Okay. Not that big of deal, until the next morning when my husband was getting out of bed and there was a bug crawling on the bed by him! OMG! Disgusting. Also, it was noisy from hallway, walking from room above us (sounded like pounding when there was walking), doors slamming, bed was not very comfortable, etc. Management was not responsive to issues whatsoever and didn’t even seem to even care. Regarding the bugs: (showed pictures and took the bugs as proof), the response (from manager herself) was “your room is next to the outside exit so it is expected that some bugs get in”. What?!? So, you are telling us you are fine with bugs in the room and on the beds!!! Yup. Okay. We go through the town quite often to visit our daughter. Will NEVER stay at that motel again in any of its locations. In fact won’t stay or stop at...

We stayed two nights while visiting family in Rexburg. The location is convenient. The rooms are updated and fresh. The bathroom was a closet but big enough to shower. The pool/hot tub worked great and were clean and well stocked with towels. The service was accommodating and prompt. The breakfast was about what you'd get at most hotels. There wasn't anywhere to get water and some or the item selection was limited. The eating area is large and inviting. Two main issues that we encountered that dropped the rating a star was the uncomfortable bed (hard as a rock) and ants. Found one ant and figured it was a fluke. Then we found an ant climbing a wall. We really only used the room to sleep and shower, so we weren't hanging out. Maybe if we'd spent more time in the room we would have seen more ants.
