Dutch Bros goes beyond when you need to make a delivery far away. Live in Montana and can't get Dutch Bros and your roommates on his way home from Utah and going through idaho, no problem they'll make a deconstructed coffee for you to reconstruct when you get home. I was like what the hell is a deconstructed coffee, turns out they separate the ice and the coffee so that way you can reconstruct the iced coffee where you're going. That's freaking customer service in my book. Amazing job Dutch Bros this is the first time I'm having it and it's pretty damn good. My roommate said both people working were cheerful and helpful. Dunkin' donuts and Starbucks don't have crap on Dutch Bros. The coffee quality also survived all the way to Big Sky Montana...

Let me start by saying I absolutely love this Dutch Bros. They know my drink order when I go through and always know how to make my day 1000x better. However, I cannot say the same for whoever manages their merch drops. Every time I'm on the site right when the merch drops happens I have missed out every time just as I am attempting to check out. Always claiming that they are out of stock about 5 minutes after the drops. It's disappointing to say the least as I've been going to Dutch Bros since Feb 2016. I'm sure there are many customers out there that would appreciate a little more effort behind these...

I ordered ahead for pickup at the window and my drink was twenty minutes delayed. As someone who’s worked in fast food I’m totally understanding of things coming out later than expected, especially with the line they had in the drive thru, but as I waited at the window I watched as one employee handled an entire rush by herself and about six other team members were just standing around, not helping her at all. I was thanked for my patience and that’s all well and good, but knowing that the wait was caused in large part by mismanagement and not purely demand left a bad taste...
