This is one of the hotel's that will be on my " don't stay at again list ". Check in was not fast and easy! I had called in advance to find out if the had tractor trailer parking and I was told " yes". So I made the reservation. When we arrived it would of been so helpful if she would have told us that parking was limited because they was filling up fast. But we found a place to park. At check in this was around 10 p.m. On the website there is NOWHERE that says anything about a $100.00 Incidental required at check in. And she was very much rude to me. Check in was not easy at all. I kept getting attitude and then after getting cash so I didn't have to have a hold on my credit card and 30 minutes waiting to get the room key she says that she had to have the tag #. So after all that mess she says that my husband has to go back outside and walk all the way round the building to get to our truck again just to get the tag #. Now thankfully we finally made it to our room. Room # 102 Decent enough room. Water Pressure wasn't the best, The shower floor was nasty best of had a hole in the middle at one time so they put something over it so when you're standing in the shower it feels like you're going to fall through the tub that was unpleasant. Towels to dry off with are literally the size of infant receiving blankets, Not much bigger than their hand tell you can see in the picture. Bed was comfy looked clean and and for some reason there was water all over the side bed table and the internet doesn't work at all. So if you want to book a Room at this hotel you have to have A $100 for incidental fees. At Check out they will go into your Room before they give you your incidental deposit back to make sure everything is good. And last but not least the night desk clerk is rude and minimal parking for truck drivers.

First of all, I have stayed in multiple Quality Inn & Suites all over the USA. This is the first one that I have come across that was dirty and just felt unsafe. On the website they advertise that they serve breakfast but it is a grab and go. Then they are under construction on the main floor but you have no clue until you walk through the door. Now, don't get me wrong updating is good but it needs to be advertise prior to walking in with a sign stating, please excuse our mess while we renovate. However, even during renovation the entrance should still be kept clean but very dirty. Now we get checked in and the front desk receptionist is okay. We go up to the third floor and go into room 317 and the floor still has spilled soda, coffee or something sticky right outside the bathroom. The counter still has crumbs on it as well. No enter the bathroom the bath tub is dirty and there is mold all the way around the top of the shower stall. I did go down stairs and requested a new room. I was moved to 326. Now this room was a little better but the room over is still dirty and broken drawers.. The air conditioning units have years of dirt in the vents and floor are sticky. The refrigerator are dirty as well. The door is missing the lock for the locking latch. Latch is present on wall but nothing to latch to on door. Bathroom was better but sink was cracked. Bed was comfortable but the covers or very light and do not fit the bed. Carpet feels like it has years of grime. Now we go to check out and receptionist is very short and never offer the carry out breakfast. Overall very poor quality hotel and dirty. I did call around and all the other hotels near had no availability, so unfortunately we had no choice but to stay.

I will start off by saying the women at the front desk were amazing. Now when it comes to the rooms...not so much, this was our 3rd hotel in less than 2 months due to a house fire on January 31st. We were sent here due to it being "cheaper" we required 2 rooms at every one we stayed at to accommodate everyone. One look under the beds and table between the beds told me everything I needed to know.. food, plastic silverware, gum stuck in carpet and only God knows what else... NASTY and that's not even the worst part.. I got up to use restroom at 2:30am the first night there and as soon as I flipped the light on 2 different kind of bugs 1 on the sink and 1 on the lid of the toilet scurried out of sight so fast I couldn't even get a picture of them. They weren't bed bugs(just wait for that part) but I'd never seen these types of bugs before. A night or so goes by and my sister finds a bug in her bathroom and guess what it is A BEDBUG!!!!!!! I'm sure this place is either A) getting over run with bugs or B) had been over run with bugs for some time and now it's out of control. This place needs shut down and closed period, only having a "fair" rating says it all. They are under construction to make it nicer but why?? Not going to help with all them bugs. All that money should be going towards getting rid of the bugs period. If I knew the proper authorities, this place would be getting reported over and over again until it gets shut down. The attached picture is of the bedbug from my sister's next door room.

My service was only good, because as I was sitting there trying to get a lower rate online, I was reading the reviews about the night time/early morning manager, and she was sitting right there at the time!!! I watched her and listened to her treat others with so much disrespect. She has no business being in a customer service position, let alone being a manager. She doesn't know how to talk to people and her attitude stinks.

Even when I went to pay for my room, I went there because I saw it for $48 before I left the airport, after missing my flight. She told me it would be over $100... (I forgot the rate), plus $100 deposit that would be held on my card. When I told her about the $48 rate, she quickly snapped and said "that's online!" That's when I told her that I would try to book it online and she said that's fine.

I could see what everyone was talking about as I read the reviews. I was probably reading for over 20 minutes before I started booking. Some of the reviews were pertaining to the construction, and some were pertaining to the condition of the rooms. I booked the room through a third party and got it cheap, then I went to her again and laughingly said, "These reviews are crazy! 😄 Do people give y'all a hard time? They should understand if you are under construction then there is going to be a mess in the lobby. They complained about everything from management to the rooms. I just want a clean, fresh bed to lay in because my body is sore. My rheumatoid arthritis and lupus is flaring up and I just need to rest in a clean quiet place."

She said, "Girl these people are something else. They always have something to complain about, but I just do my job and keep going. Then she told me about the $100 hold on my card again. I asked her if it would be taken off when I check out because I only had enough to rebook my flight for the next day. She told me that it depended on my bank and it could be up to 5 days. I said okay and I told her that I hope her night gets better and that she can find something good to eat, ( I had heard her talking about food earlier). She said thank you sweetheart and I hope you can rest well tonight. Then I remembered that the flight I was looking at was leaving at 4:50 p.m. so I doubled back and asked for a late check out. Check out was already at 12:00 and I asked if I could check out between 1:00 and 2:00. She told me that she could put me down for the shuttle at 1:40 p.m. and she did that for me! 😊

I am from the deep south, Mississippi, and my grandmother told me, "You can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar". After reading those reviews, I simply went up there with my Southern Charm and hospitality and won her over, even though I wanted to roll my eyes and tell her where to go with her attitude! Thank God for Jesus being a huge part of my life right now! 🙏🏼💕

Anyway, I think she put me in room 117 which was literally 3 or 4 doors down the hallway on the first floor and was probably one of the best rooms they had, because it was lovely. When I went in there someone had the heater on 77°. I don't do heat, even in the winter. I would rather sleep under three thick blankets. I quickly adjusted the thermostat and then noticed on my phone, that she only charged me the rate of the room and did not put the $100 hold on my account. It costs nothing to be nice to someone. Don't let their mood change yours. Sometimes, you can sprinkle a little of your Sunshine their way!

It was an awesome stay. The water was draining slow in the sink but I didn't give them more stars because of the managers initial attitude and nonchalantness with me and with others! May I add, it was the beginning of her shift because the White lady that greeted me was super sweet. She helped me bring my stuff in the door and she was on her way home. I think the other employee would be cool in a non-professional setting. I could probably hang...

I can confidently say this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities for this establishment.

The entryway was absolutely filthy, setting the tone for what was to come. The elevator was disgusting, covered in grime, and appeared as though it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Upon reaching the second floor, we were met with an even worse sight—stained carpets, debris scattered across the hallway, and a strong musty odor that made it clear regular cleaning was nonexistent. To make matters worse, the entire second floor reeked of weed, making it extremely uncomfortable to even walk through to get to our room.

When we finally reached our room and opened the door, we were immediately hit with an ice-cold blast of air. The heat had been completely turned off, and considering it was 18°F outside in the dead of winter, the room was absolutely freezing. There was no way to warm up quickly, making an already terrible experience even worse.

As if the freezing temperatures weren’t bad enough, the room itself was a disaster. The bathroom was unsanitary, with hair on the toilet and visible dirt on the floor. The bed, which should be the cleanest part of any hotel stay, was a nightmare—covered in dirt and stains. It was absolutely disgusting, and there was no way we were going to sleep in that bed. The floors were filthy and clearly neglected, making it painfully obvious that housekeeping had either completely skipped this room or had done the absolute bare minimum. Honestly, my kids could have cleaned this room better.

The only reason we even booked this hotel was for the parking situation, thinking it would be the most convenient option. However, in hindsight, we would have been better off staying anywhere else. In fact, the conditions were so bad that we ended up sleeping in our car rather than subjecting ourselves to this disgusting room. The level of neglect in this hotel is simply unacceptable.

What makes this situation even worse is the management’s apparent indifference. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear that this is a long-standing issue. The manager’s responses are all the same—apologies, empty promises to pass feedback to staff, and yet, no improvements have been made. It’s clear that they are not taking customer concerns seriously, and nothing is actually being done to address the filth, odor, and overall poor conditions.

I strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look at all the reviews before booking. Trust me—this place is absolutely horrible, and you will regret wasting your money here. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this is beyond unacceptable. It’s not just outdated or worn-down; it is outright unsanitary and unsafe. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Avoid...

What in the actual Hll. Found this hidden gem of a nightmare through Park/Sleep/Fly for an overnight stay before an early flight. How bad can it be, its promoted and at the airport... well hold my beer... greeted by an overflowing garbage and ashtray outside the front entrance, enter into a lobby where the walls are chipping with teal paint. Booked a 2 bed room, and called early to tell them we would be arriving late and confirming our reservation, was told they had not entered our reservation (which arrived via fax and sat in a pile with other unsuspecting travelers) and they were sold out of 2 bed rooms. Now they did accommodate by providing 2 rooms with 1 bed each and put us on the 2nd floor (since a guest outside had warned us his room on the first floor had a broken window that would not close and they were unable to move him for some reason). Check-in took 30 minutes (the gentleman at the front desk was really great and should probably work some place nicer). Oh PS the front counter was dusty and sticky - a unique combination of grossness. Since it was late and we needed to get to the airport early we decided to just push through the night and stay... which only enhanced the experience. Take the elevator - with drip stains on the cloudy metal walls, to the 2nd floor and as the doors open - it appears we are in a literal garbage dump. Mattresses, couches, old chairs just piled up ready for the trash. Down the hall there are mattresses just leaning against walls. There is literal garbage on the floors which haven't been vacuumed in months. I should have ran. I blame myself. But no, I think the rooms have a bed, just go to sleep and in 5 hours I'll be out of this hell hole. The rooms reek of lemon cleaner- which actually gave me some relief, but only one light in the entire room worked (although there were 3 or 4). Found the only working plug by unplugging the only working lamp. But thats ok cause there are no curtains to block out the light from the parking lot. The bed literally had a valley - the frame was busted making the biggest dip in a bed possible. Like a bowl... this is a shthole. There is a gas station in the parking lot. The shuttle was fine, and im hoping our car is still there when we return. Oh btw - coffee is served in a Styrofoam cup - Luke warm (how is that possible), they do offer breakfast of (*what is can imagine) as stale off-brand fruitloops in stryofoam bowls with milk out of a creamer carafe. And everything- i mean EVERYTHING is sticky and dusty. Good God. Do better or just make this a crack...
