LIMESTONE LODGE is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Sabetha!!

I was born in Sabetha, so I've been to and from there many times over my 57 years. This time, unfortunately, I was in town for my dad's memorial service and really didn't want to stay at the local motels. I found the "Limestone Lodge" via Airbnb, and the location meant everything to me. I was also interested in the offered amenities and privacy. Many times in the past, I've stayed with either family, family friends, and occasionally the local motels and really wanted convenience and privacy this time.

I'm am so honored to be sharing my experience with you and hopefully help you make the same surprisingly, pleasant, and affordable decision that I made.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ROOMS The interior design and amenities were high-end and beyond what I expected!! For me, it was welcoming to experience what I call the little comforts of home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SERVICE The professionalism and flawless booking to checkout were greatly appreciated. However, you will also experience the warm, small-town welcome and the warm, fuzzy family feeling of having your needs met while there!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! We never had the need to drive once we landed because everything was in walking distance!! Buzz Cafe, my dad's favorite breakfast place every Saturday and Sunday mornings. That's where I would meet unknown relatives, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th cousins and my parents and grandparents life-long friends while in town visiting. Also, right next door, a new eatery and bar combo just opened their doors. I had the pleasure of meeting their bartender, and he was exactly what you would expect in my small hometown!! Kind, personable, thoughtful, and so much more!!

NOTE: A little birdy 🐦 mentioned that a lot of new businesses have clients/employees traveling to Sabetha these days. If that happens to be you and you're looking for a place to stay while in town... I highly recommend the Limestone Lodge!! You won't be disappointed 😊

This was without a doubt the best experience I have had with a VRBO or AirBNB stay. The room was spotless! I was honestly sad that I couldn’t spend more time here. The cabin atmosphere is amazing and truly transports you to a mountain cabin getaway. It was almost jarring stepping outside and realizing that I was still in Kansas. I loved that there wasn’t a long list of things to do at checkout like you find with some short term rentals. The only thing they really asked was to take my trash to the can in the hallway. I hate it when I am in a short term rental and there is a whole list of chores to do at checkout, this was perfect. One thing that you don’t really notice in the pictures is the attention to detail they have taken like there are outlets and usb charging ports absolutely everywhere. The internet connection was also really good for a small town. I was a little worried that I would have a super slow connection as I had to get some work done during my stay. What a wonderful place to stay. The room was decorated to provide all of the nostalgia of staying in a cabin in the mountains or by the lake. Not only was the atmosphere fabulous, but the room was extremely clean. Limestone Lodge literally provides everything one would need outside of clothing for your stay. From shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bottled water, muffins, a Keurig with K-cups, creamer, sugar, paper coffee cups, plus our room even had plates, silverware, glassware, a sink, dishwasher, microwave refrigerator, and more. They literally have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable! The location is right in the heart of downtown and there are several shops and even a few restaurants within short walking distance.
