The girl working the register and coffee was SLOW. Highly unmotivated and moved like a sloth. She had no intentions of getting us helped in a timely manner. Couldn't tell if she just woke up or was stoned, but she just didn't care. The lady 2 spots in front of me ended up leaving after waiting over 10mins for her coffee. I waited 30mins for a chai tea and brownies, the lady behind me just ordered a coffee and she was saying how ridiculous it was that we were waiting that long for a coffee (she was still waiting). The chai tea was awful, I ended up throwing it away. The ONLY reason I waited so long was for the brownies as a surprise for coworkers. I felt like if I asked for a refund, I would be waiting just as long for her to handle that as I would just waiting it out. I had high hopes for the chai tea, but was let down. Much more than their name implies. Think Panera meets small town ownership that actually cares. They have a nice variety of fresh options that can be mixed and matched. You order as you walk in, get your drink then seat yourself. They promptly deliver your food to your table. It's a nice place to meet for conversation or a fast lunch. Be prepared for a busy lunch crowd. But you should be able to get taken care of if you let them know you're in a hurry. Prices are legitimate especially given the quality. It was good! But they don't like to be open. They close for every little thing on Saturdays. I know when you own a business you want to be a part of community events and the like, yet people still want to come to your business. Graduation, Car Show, City Wide garage sales, old time saturday's etc. you should be open not closed. For one thing more people are in town and people need places...
