The Cadillac Motel — Hotel in Saint Albans City

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!! There was no Wifi here. The older white haired woman informed us of this only after we had paid and booked the room. We were offered the honeymoon sweet and paid extra due to it having a spa tub. The tub stopper was broken and never worked. Upon informing the older woman that checked us in of this matter all she had to say about the tub,and there being no Wifi was "I am so so very sorry" "so so sorry" (thats all she could say)I'm sure she says that ALOT! When we told her about the broken stopper on the tub she acted as tho she new nothing about it. A jittery fast talking maid who was standing right next to her jumped up and after lighting up a ciggerette informed me that no way could there be anything wrong with the tub because she just cleaned it and get this..."USED IT HERSELF" the day before we arrived! "The older white haired woman who checked us in just stood there like a deer caught in headlights and stared at us" This place was a nightmare from start to finish! If you can get past the drunks(who you cant miss sitting outside thier rooms drinking beer and cussing)ciggarette smoke (and be warned the old lady who checks you in,the maids,and everyone else around there smokes) and fowl mouthed people who obviously "live" at this dump as well as the nasty stained carpets and very strong smelling mold in the room(which obviously comes from the filthy air conditioners)then this is the place for you. We are out of staters and had no idea what we were getting into!! Had we known ahead of time this was a known place in town that houses welfare cases we would not have waisted $130.00!!...

When we got here at first the staff was polite the place seemed to have a decent price for what they offer, which would be great if any of it was there. They advertise free wifi, which there was not the wifi only worked in the office which means you cant stream or scroll without being in the office. Their washing machines anf dryers eat money and frequently dont actually wash or dry anything. The first time we stayed we had no heat and they were supplimenting with extreemly sketchy space heaters. With these plugged in you have to be careful about using the microwave and we didnt know this it flipped a breaker. there is no one in the office after 7 so we called the emergency number it took them an hour and forty minutes to come out. This time our small pet got a hold of rodent repellant upon telling front desk staff they acted as though it wasn't their problem the room was disgusting like it was never cleaned. They feel very strongly against same sex couples making our stay insanely uncomfortable. They were just hateful. Everytime we reported an issue they said sorry we are busy. This was absolutely disappointing and i will not stay here again unless they clean up staff and rooms. The house keeper stole money medication etc out of rooms while we were here as well. Very VERY disturbing and...

It's a dump of a motel. They don't fiix anything there and the take advantage of the state.because they take in people in and charges them outrages prices.alll of the stairs are rotted most rooms don't have A/C.if they do it's cause they have cut part of the cord and rewire it in which the cord gets very hot.all the rooms are outdated. Staying there is a safety hazzard.the state needs to go in there and shut them down.they treat the people like garbage.the place is infested with rats and mice the only reason they got one star is because that's the only way you can rate it.my opinion they should be rated negative ten.they fix nothing all it is horrible place nothin but a bunch of junkies there.always finding a needle around there.but the owner Bonnie don't care cause she's raking it in from the state.the place should be bull dozed over.but she gets away with everything.peole have fell down the stairs cause they are rotted.the place needs to be shut down.thats how bad it is.the state and the city needs to do something about shutting it down.but probably not cause I'm sure they are paying someone off so they can get away...
