Got a 10 dollar scratch ticket out of the new machine and it didn’t drop down out of the machine. Told the clerk that worked there and he didn’t believe me until he came over with money and tried the same ticket. Then he said come back tomorrow morning and we will have it for you. Nope they said they didn’t know anything about it. Just confronted the same clerk that told me to come back the next day and he is telling me nope there was only a 5 dollar ticket that was stuck in it. Never going back to that store. ...

Clerk can not see ids at all tried to tell me i was a completely different person just cause i shaved , and just tells people their cards declined when they have the fund and refunds them, because he made a mistake and is to ignorant to admit he was wrong, and from some of these other reviews it seems that he does this often where he makes mistakes or something of his messes up and refuses to accept that...
