Revised Review.......6/28/21 I changed my review to 5 stars because of the immediate and exceptional attention from the owner, Dennis Wilding not only contacted me to explain the situation but went above and beyond to resolve. He contacted me periodically to follow up with updates. Thanks to he and the rest of his staff, our beautiful bed arrived on time for our family. When we had a question about the install, Jake quickly made sure we had access to what we needed....even his cell phone for "after hours" incase we needed him. What I admire most about Dennis and his company is his quick response, care and consideration for the customer. Things can happen in business to cause delays but what sets apart the great companies from the others is their response. This company is exceptional. So disappointed. Ordered our bed on March 19th and received a "due date" of June 14th. Decided to call because I hadn't heard anything only to find out it will be another week and 1/2 to be finished. We have family visiting for the 1st time since COVID and now we have nothing for them to sleep on. So disappointed no one even called to let us know in advance they were almost 2...

Terrible! The product is pressed board from China as you can see on the box. It arrived warped and damaged so you couldn’t install any of it. Jake in the office after seeing these photos said “Well damage isn’t too bad you can still install it!!! I couldn’t believe it … Shipping company lost it for week no one knew what happened to it . Scheduled delivery 3 times and never followed through until 4 th attempt because they actually lost it. They finally found it on a dock then calling apologizing for the error and when it arrived damaged the only person May was responsible enough to credit us for the product . In the meantime I waited 3 months for what was supposed to be hand made solid wood Murphy bed and was instead a cheap pressed board product out of China .. Owner Denis never even called or apologized for all the mess ups or faulty...

I am a love goddess and I have always dreamed of having a clam shaped bed because I am in-fact aphroditie incernated into human form. It is critical I can perform and give pleasure as I heal mortals by drawing goddess energy through gaia herself. what I found is wilding beds have the sturdiest of structure. I was even able to have the instalation technician hang my love swing from the top of the unit and then showed him how it works as an atta-boy tip (if ya know what I mean)😘. I think this is the best bed for young lovers, single pleasure seakers, and good ol' fashioned shank makers. thank you wilding for making all of my dreams...
