We travel as two adults, no kids no pets This hotel is older but is undergoing some renovations. Our room 104, was in the front and the clerk, who was a very nice man, said the completely finished rooms were in the back but were all occupied. Our room was very large for a single bed (full or queen, not sure). They have a refrigerator and microwave, sadly our fridge didn’t work and we have a cooler full of lunch meat, but we’re tired and didn’t complain. and a few areas could of been cleaner. (Under microwave, edges of flooring by the walls, and outside garbage needed emptied, but that’s even at some higher priced places) The main things were the comfortable bed, parking right outside of your door, which is nice. We had newer hardwood floors and sink area. It’s kinda eclectic with the new and old mixed together. The bathroom was clean but needs new tile and a tub, but has a new toilet. Lots of hot water and pressure was good. Walls need some work and a coat of paint, along with a new bathroom door that fits properly. For the price and location it was worth $50, but if I stayed again I would definitely ask for a complete remodeled room, if available. Wifi worked good for our purposes. You could hear a train here and there and road traffic so another reason for the room in the back of the property if available, but it doesn’t bother me, I could see how it might someone else, I sleep with the tv on and run fresh air from heating and air conditioner, so I really couldn’t hear it. Coffee in the lobby at 5 am and pm, and Motel 6 chain doesn’t serve breakfast, but we know this from staying at this chain several times a year across the country so we kinda know what to expect. This is a budget hotel so it’s a decent value for a single night to lay your head, s#%, shower and shave. There was 24 hour laundry. This is a good location on the edge of town, with a General Dollar across the street and KFC/Taco Bell within walking distance, and easy on and off of highway 40. You can always look at your room if your unsure, the clerk even asked if we wanted to take a look before we paid, we chose not to and it was basically what was expected. It’s not the Hilton but you’re not paying for it either. We’ve paid more for the same quality and less for more, it’s kinda locations and luck of the draw. Overall we enjoyed our stay also the night clerk was as sweet as she could be. We would most likely stay here again if passing thru. Thanks for a nice stay and...

Read moreIn this full competitive motel world today, it's hard to find a place which offers a value for money and 24X7 excellent service. Have been to the many motels and places for my stay so far, but found this place amazing. Its worth staying here atleast for me. Every guest in every motel has a different experience and a story to tell, but you don't judge the diamond by its colour only! It's quality & purity which matters. A guest staying for a night or two may have something adverse to share sometimes for any motel, but when one is there for around a month; sure to know in and out of the things. So based on my long stay, i can say this place is very friendly and approachable and safe. #GuestFirst is there policy and as per #Motel6 norms, they always #LeaveTheLightsOnForYou Their house keeping staff is excellent And so does the front end shift managers Hilda, Shannon (Thanks for the wonderful coffee in the morning and evening everyday with you :) ) and Gary. Though very little, but Amenities are good. Cleanliness is awesome. There is always a human touch while interacting with any of the staff members. Vending and Laundry area are accessible 24X7 and clean and safe. But i am sad that Soda machine in vending area goes out of stock very quickly!! But; Water, Soda, Juice are always available at reception any time to cover that up! They offer laundry soap and detergent from reception when needed by a guest as a vending option Location is good, just a little bit drive from I-40 on exit 311, but convenient. Hopefully with construction work getting over, it will be even more easily accessible WiFi is free and pretty good Enough of parking space No leakages even in the rainy season Every week pest control guy will come and check room if any spray is required and will do that for sure as and when required
Overall, i would like to rate them 5 on every aspect.
Wish them all the very best for their business and service in...
