There are pros and cons. Pro: cost is reasonable, spaces are adequate, there are some trees. There is a pool and some exercise equipment. They have recycling. They have activities. People are very friendly. Very dog friendly. It's just one interstate exit from all of the stores. Con:the dog park is not fenced in on the outside and you're not allowed to let dogs run free out there. The exercise equipment is not in great repair and is in the room with the pool. The only thing I could really use was the recumbent bicycle.nowhere to walk or bike other than around inside the park since the road outside is narrow and quite busy. my husband said there is not enough for men to do. There is shuffleboard and pool table and poker couple nights a week. But no woodshop,...

We had a fantastic stay at Mission View RV Resort! The park is clean, comfortable, and packed with great amenities. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry rooms were spotless and super affordable ($1 to wash, 75¢ to dry). We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi, reading in the well-stocked library, and playing pool in the billiards room. There are tons of fun activities—we even caught a live concert! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire community had such a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

This is a 55+ Nice, Gated, Mobile home and RV park. Community driven. Great management. Beautiful grounds. Amenities include a lodge with indoor pool and hot tub, pool tables, library, and events. Walking distance to Desert Diamond casino. 10 min drive to EVERYTHING shopping and restaurants! Yet in a setting that feels away from it all. Best place in S Tucson for your snow bird or year round living. 🧡

Editing once again and thanking the owner for replying! I'm glad the manager "Tammy" and her spouse are gone. I'd actually consider staying there again, it's a clean place and I LOVED the indoor pool. I didn't complain to the owner when I stayed there because I was terrified Tammy would throw me out for complaining about her egregious rudeness. I'll upgrade you to a four star based on knowing they are gone.

Editing my earlier post and downgrading them to two stars. I stayed there early 2017 and while the park was just ok, the manager was truly a nasty human being. I've been full-timing for over four years and this is the very first unwelcoming RV park employee I have ever met, and I've been all over the USA. I am accustomed to friendly, welcoming, smiling park employees who go out of their way to make guests feel appreciated. Not this woman. I truly dreaded going into the office for mail or to pay my electric bill. I stayed there for a couple of months while I had a job in the area. If I had not prepaid for my entire stay, I'd have gone elsewhere. It's a high crime area, they have to close the bathrooms and laundry rooms early to keep out the criminals. Several neighbors had items like bikes and BBQs stolen while I stayed there. Tremendous amount of noise from the nearby airport. I was back in Tucson for that same job earlier this year and never considered returning to Mission View.

My first review, below, was from before I stayed there. Upon check in arrival I found out that the gracious person I gave five stars to was no longer there and was replaced by this overtly nasty woman. There are many other RV parks in the Tucson area. to choose from.

Original review: I haven't been there yet, I'm arriving in January, but they get five stars from me for being 55+!!! The office staff was very professional while making my reservation. The two reviewers who gave it one star are wrong. It's not discrimination. It's about making it comfortable for people who like peace and quiet. Most parks in the USA are not age restricted... Go there instead of complaining. Why stay somewhere that you...

The good the bad and the ugly.

The good, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice having security at the gate and driving around in golf carts. Full hook ups with 30 and 50 amps at each site. Plenty of room to park your rig and vehicle. They give you a calendar with all the daily activity’s and there’s a bunch. Good WiFi

The bad, Pictures on the website don’t represent how old and in need of a good handy man the facilities are. Looks like it was built in the early 70s and hasn’t seen many updates. Pool area is nicely done however.

The ugly, This place is depressing! I realize we were there in March but weeds are growing most everywhere. The landscaping is covered in last years dead growth. Lots of the full time residents rvs are propped up on cinder blocks. The only thing missing is an old couch on the porch. Our site was on the north side next to a very busy road. Lots of traffic al night. Lots of dog poo on the back of our site. Not your typical friendly resident rv park. Lots of not happy folks in the twilight of their life.

We paid for a five day stay, a family emergency required us to leave after less than 24 hours at the park. The office was nice but they have a no refund policy. Seriously?

I’d never...

Nice RV park, easy access to major highways. It is secure and has a dog park. It has many restaurants and shops nearby. It is large, you can do your morning walk here on flat paved roads just by winding along the RV's.

It has a nice pool and hot tub. The rec center hosts easy activities daily, line dancing, yoga, water aerobics...

Trails are about 25 mins away, I do prefer a closer walking trail system. If you bike or hike and prefer a trail system, you'll need to drive awhile.

There is no green grass. It is all cement. A decent amount of space per RV.

We are driving into Mexico from here to a condo. Mission View has an RV storage site attached. They charge by the month, so if you store your RV for one or two weeks, you pay for the month. I paid $50 for the month, they stored our...
