Dune Tootin Beach Cottages — Hotel in Sandwich

A small cottage with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation week. The views of the beach and Cape Cod Bay were amazing, sunrises were a real treat. The beach is rocky and its at times difficult to swim (we picked up some water shoes and were good to go), but low tide exposes sand bars up and down the beach that are simply pristine. The small sandy area outside the cottage is perfect for lounging (my wife spent most of the week int he lounge chairs just tanning). Good quality cable and WiFi, AC units, and the kitchen is furnished with just about all you would need. I would recommend bringing your own blankets and pillows- the blankets provided are very thin and the pillows are made of a burlap-like material that kind of smell. Initially, we felt the price was a bit steep for such a small cottage on shared property, but we booked late in the season and were eager to find a place. After being here for the week, we're all very sad about leaving and have already reserved our stay...
