Travelodge by Wyndham Santa Clarita/Valencia — Hotel in Santa Clarita

Don't stay here!!! We just check out today. First off my husband does construction and needs a place to stay 4-5 days a week. I came to visit him for 2 days and during that time the bathroom sink was dripping so we told the manager Shawn and he said he would be right up, about 45 mins later my husband had to call him to see if he was still coming to look.. Finally he came and brought a bucket for the drip. Witch we had to listen to all night. Then the next morning I went down to let them know it was leaking all over out of the bucket, they said they would transfer me to another room so I was ok with that, however I asked them if I could have one close because I have two little ones and they said no. So they gave me one down stairs and down the hall. After that we got in the new one and the a/ c didn't work so I went to let them know and the girl Rachel was really rude. And responded with What did you need me to do?? Really nasty. I told her that it was fine we will just open the window. Then we left for awhile came back and there was a few people scream and cursing at each other out side and in the room next to us. We then just check out at 8:00 and I told them that this has to have. Went to worse stay ever and they did nothing to say sorry about that. I called Wyndham member service and complained about it and a few hour later the called and said my husband not I can ever stay there again. Saying that I was yelling at the room cleaner and they have me on camera witch is completely wrong I never told to any but the front office. They also said we had random people in our room. And that's wrong since I was my husband and I and our two children. However we are being blamed for the people next us that had a problem. Not to mention the non smoking...

This hotel is by far the worst ever. Customer service is disastrous, unwilling to help, rude, and most of all unfriendly. Made travel arrangements to Santa Clarita for a Celebration of life for family member from Arizona and ended up staying at this travel Lodge. Wanted to be close to Agua Dulce in order to able to visit the family. I booked 2 rooms for us. I called the day before to verify booking and let them know that we would arrive on or around 2pm.

When we arrived no rooms were available, not cleaned yet. Then I was assigned to room 221 & 222. 221 smelled like a casino with cigarette smoke. Asked for different room and Racheal was so rude. She told me if you don't like it then check out. She gave me room 233 all the way to the end of the hallway. The room is also a disaster chest drawers wouldn't close, dirty old furniture, wall plugs don't work and just worst ever. The hallways a dirty with electrical panel doors unlocked, water leaks on water line to machine. Side sucurity door never locks. To get in the building one requires a hotel card, but here it neve locks. Had no choice to but to stay as noing else was close. The following morning I went to the front desk and asked if we could move to another room but Kay said there weren't any rooms at all. Asked if everyone were checked in for the day and she said No. I even asked to speak to manager and was refused. She could have given me another room to satisfy the customer but choose not to do so. SO, if you book through Hotels.com don't expect nice rooms. They will give you the the worst one they have. Finally, very very disappointed with...

My Mom,my 2 sons and I stayed here last night when I called to make reservations,I specifically told the person who took the call that we needed 2 ground level rooms because my mother can't climb stairs and they told me okay.I called before we checked in and the hotel clerk told me that our rooms were upstairs when I asked I told her that I had reserved two rooms downstairs and she said whoever took our reservations put us in two rooms upstairs even after I called twice that week I called to verify that we had two rooms downstairs and I was told yes both times I called.When we got there last night,I was very disappointed the hotel looks decent from the outside but let me tell you,as soon as we got inside the door,the whole inside of the building smelled very old and everything in there is not updated.The worst part is that when we got to our room,it stunk like smoke and it made me nauseous I'm thinking they put us in a smoking room last minute or it used to be a smoking room and the smell lurked since everything in that hotel is old and you can tell that it has never been remodeled.I had to flush the toilet a few times for it to completely flush so that tells me it still has old plumbing.We could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us and upstairs you could hear loud footsteps and someone running around.This is the worst hotel that my family and I have stayed at and we were charged way to much,I rate this place a zero but I didn't have that option on here I had to mark one star.This place needs to be condemned and rebuilt over from the ground up with all...
