Beware of this hotel if you’re booking after hours. On October 12, 2023 we booked a room after driving for 8 hours and we were exhausted. Paid for the room, money came out of our account, and confirmation was sent to us. We arrived and there was a note on the door saying the property closes after 11 pm and to call the number if we needed assistance. When you call the number, it then tells you they are fully booked and goes straight to voicemail so you can’t contact anyone. We travel constantly and have never run into a hotel that doesn’t have someone working, available to check people in, or handle emergencies. Just curious on how people get back into their rooms if they’re locked out, or if an emergency occurs and they’re met with a voicemail machine. Doesn’t seem right to leave customers at your property with no contact information 🤔 so beware when booking after hours, you’ll be charged but have no way to check in. And if you do book, make sure no emergencies happen in or outside of your room as apparently they leave the property unattended overnight. Definitely not worth $175 a night to have your safety at risk and no...

The desk clerk was a bit snippy, but it was around 1am, so I'm not too upset about that, he wasn't rude, just not really nice either. The location is actually really convenient for tired drivers, right off the I-15 freeway, a few truck stops, so your not too limited in choices there, but the room left a lit to be desired, where do i start..1. All the surfaces looked like they hadn't even been wiped off, let alone actually cleaned, & i mean ALL of them. 2. The mini fridge was disgusting. 3. The t.v. didn't work, an error msg kept displaying, this is not a huge issue for me, but for some, it might be. 4. The microwave in that particular room at least, is a huge fire hazard, I tried to heat some water, & within seconds, started smelling smoke, I shut it off, unplugged it, & much later, when I dared open it...I've attached photos that speak for themselves. To summarize; Service: could use some people skills. Location: excellent. Rooms: in major need of repairs, deep cleaning, & in depth training on how to clean a room that inhabits different people...

Pretty decent 2 star hotel. Was exactly at our halfway point on our 1600 mile (1-way! 😭) drive, so it worked out well.

Super basic complementary breakfast: just orange juice, milk, coffee, and a single type of sugary cereal (cinnamon toast crunch). A 2nd type of healthy cereal like Raisin Bran or Kashi Go, and hot chocolate instead of coffee (we don't drink coffee for religious reasons) would be appreciated.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. 2 queen beds in ours. Had a microwave, mini fridge, and TV with Google Chromecast with remote, but we didn't try it.

One of the lamps in the room had a broken switch so we had to unscrew the bulb partway to turn it off, and all of the lamps in the room have switches that are breaking and don't work well. It took several tries and extra force to turn them on and off. PLEASE REPLACE THE LAMP SWITCHES! Otherwise the room was in good condition.

Overall I recommend it, but only if maintenance gets better, not worse, as time goes on. I'd give it another...

I was wanting to stay in Beaver but it was quite a bit more expensive than I thot so I searched on my phone to try and find a place to stay. Fortunately this hotel came up on my list and had decent reviews. I wanted to be closer so I could hike Bryce the next morning but alas, it was not to be. As I drove in a big fat rainbow appeared in the distant mountains. I was pleased with my initial impression of the hotel. It has a very nice lobby/breakfast area and they even had popcorn. I finally got checked in and the room was quite spacious. However, the toilet had a ring in it which is rather distasteful. Also, trash had been left in the waste basket in the room area. The breakfast really wasn't much but I had left over cinnamon roll that I ate and then went over to the Flying J for a large cappuccino. Nonetheless, I was happy to have a nice place to stay for around $100. And instead of hiking Bryce I stopped at the Moqui Cave, something I've always wanted to do.
