Whitetail Inn — Hotel in Sedan

I am glad I stopped at the Whitetail Inn. At the Whitetail Inn you can expect a friendly welcome, from the time I arrived until my departure the staff was accommodating and present. Even though the Inn is under renovation it boasts rooms with 50" Roku tvs, walk in showers and a closet big enough to hang your travel clothes even if you are a modest packer. Perhaps some of the nicest rooms I have stayed in. There are also the basic amenities such as microwave, dorm fridge and coffee pot. The bed is firm enough for support yet not to firm you feel as though you are sleeping atop a board. The linens were clean and presented nicely. Located in Sedan Kansas where everything is in walking distance. Feeling like a home away from home I will return to this Inn every time my travels bring me this way. I have to say this was an absolutely fantastic experience! This was a personal weekend to come and stay the weekend and hangout with my best friend!! BTW you have to go to Gunners Bourbon restaurant while you are there!

I love how you can call the number and check in without having to go to an office made this experience quick and painless!

The room was beautiful and quaint the only thing I absolutely needed as I throw things everywhere was an extra desk and a bigger end table 😂 but it was not necessary.

I was able to get TP within an hr of asking about it and the beds were absolutely comfortable!! I want some of those...

Little roadside motel in Sedan about 3 miles north of 166 on 99 north. Call ahead. They have single beds $60 wifi dish coffee pot, no fridge and no microwave but, queen bed room that is 68 has both fridge and microwave.. Non smoking motel. The owner is a really nice man..Does not take those corporate cards but takes debit and credit cards. Better get to Sedan before 9 pm because it has a pizza hut, and a subway at the phillips 66 Both close at 9...
