Floyds Market — Local services in Sedan

We are out of state visitors to Sedan and this market has been the only bad experience we've had here. Although the store itself carries a wide selection, I found the cashier imparticularly rude. She was of course friendly to the locals..me, she could not even look at, smile at, greet..or say thank you. I would rather drive 35 miles to Independence for groceries than to have to tolerate her rudeness. One would think you would want to welcome your out of towers! Would want them to do business with you..If I were the owner of the store, I'd fire her. We were in Sedan for almost 2 mos in the Fall and prior to that almost a month in the Spring. ALL times I shopped at this store she was just as rude and unwelcoming. Funny thing though, she seemed to go out of her way to be friendly with the men. Hmm 😒. Won't revisit this store. Gave her 1 last chance...

Floyd's has an impressive selection of groceries. Coming from another small town, Floyd's had more variety available. Fresh vegetables including ginger root, good sales, and friendly and helpful staff. They even carry your groceries out for you and have suckers...
