I have purchase twice in 5 months. I love the choices of items to choose from affordable for all different types of income housing. I would advise you to do the delivery and set up so you can make sure that you product was just like it was set up in the store. I purchase a Bluetooth speaker with my first purchase just because I figured I will use it soon. I opened it up a month later because it was nothing I needed immediately. The speaker did not work straight out the box. I call instock and they said that it was over the seven days warranty. To send it to the company it was more money than I paid for it. The manager told me just remind him about the speaker the next time I come in and he will give me a discount on my next purchase. I wasn’t going to go back, but I did. This time I purchased a variety with delivery but no set up. The plug was missing and I was told to look on Amazon to find me one. I got a plug but the vanity will not turn on. I thought maybe it was missing a remote, I call them and the salesman was very short with me and just hung up. I will not be purchasing just because of customer service. ★☆☆☆☆ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. For starters, they did not properly wrap my furniture in plastic – I have video proof. There was no care or professionalism shown.

They told me it would be extra money just to take the legs off my couch in order to move it into the basement – something that should be standard practice for movers. Even worse, they refused to even try bringing it down the stairs, measuring it with the legs still on, which obviously made it not fit.

They also chipped my aunt’s door trying to squeeze the couch through the doorway, showing complete disregard for our property.

To top it off, they complained constantly about being there for over an hour – as if their time was more valuable than doing the job right. Their attitudes were so terrible and unprofessional that I ended up asking them to leave. That’s how bad it got.

I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Save yourself the stress, damage, and unprofessionalism. One was tall, one was short black...

I waited all day Saturday for my furniture to be delivered.I called the store 3 different times,the last time I called was 7:30pm, the store closed at 8pm. I was supposed to get a call 30 minutes before they delivered the furniture. After getting ready for bed there was a knock on my door at 9:15 p.m. with no phone call here they come to deliver my furniture. They give you no time frame to bring your furniture. Store manager told me if it's on the truck it will be delivered that day. Which was true but waiting all day...
