The cabins that are really trailers are nice and roomy except the carpet and floors are disgusting. My babies feet are black and her clothes are ruined. They said they only clean the carpets 4 times a year!! How about stop being greedy and don't sell out so you can clean the carpet more often gross!!! The pool is freezing and the rule for the hot tub is 14 and over. Not worth going swimming because little ones don't understand they can't get in the hot tub and like I said the pool is freezing. They have cameras set up so if you get your little ones get in the hot tub they come over the loud speaker over and over again telling you to get them out. The hot tub isn't even hot it's like luke warm so the rule doesn't make since. They need to spend a little extra on warming up the pool otherwise why advertise pool and hot tub?? No one wants to sit in a feeezing pool when there is a warmer hot tub right next to them that's off limits!!! The only reason why I gave this more than one star is because the staff is super friendly and the mini golf and playground are good...

Terrible experience. As soon as I arrived I was disappointed. The pictures are very promising but do not realistically portray the "resort". Our "cabin" was over $330 for 1 night and the whole place just felt CHEAP. I really felt like I was staying in a single wide trailer, not a resort or cabin. The location is terrible and all of the cabins are packed together very tightly with no privacy. As soon as you step outside you are on your neighbors front porch. When my son got sick before we arrived they told us they would give us a refund but after being on the phone getting the run around for over 40 minutes we decided to bite the bullet and stay in this drab place. I Will never be returning and advise you to consider other location possibilities. Sadly this was our only option. *Also our check in was at 2pm and we had to wait for over an hour and a half until our room was ready. Not fun especially with kids who do not want...

Just like all the other Diamonds Resorts, run down and poorly managed. We had no hot water. Which is the new norm for any diamond property, the give you about five minutes of hot water to save money. The cabins are actually more like a manufactured trailer. Amenities are really run down. Some of the staff were nice, others were incredibly rude. And they are super picky about things. The staff all act like they are going to be severely punished by management of guests don’t do the right thing. And they have a weird trash pick up situation where you are suppose to leave your trash on the porch but they never come get it. And then yell at you if you you throw it out on a bigger can elsewhere on property. Just bizarre over all. Oh and in our unit we tried to use the oven but it hadn’t been cleaned properly so the place smelled like oven cleaning chemicals for hours. And the carpets were filthy don’t all...

I always love returning back to PVC! Such spacious cabins and a lot of great amenities. This Easter Morning they offered a egghunt for families staying at the PVC. I loved that they put that together, such a great thing to do! Thank you staff! My only downside is that a few years back they only allow pets if you're a resort member. But they do have pet friendly cabins and also kennels on the side of your cabin for your pets. The cabins are wonderfully kept and stocked with pans and utensils. A lot of great things to do, mini golf, ping pong tables, horseshoe, a large chess and checkers on the ground. Such a great place with wonderful staff that I'll continue to return. Also, I have no idea why someone would rate them one stars when they did not stay at the resort, they really should have read or double checked with the resort their age policy.
