The construction was finished and they opened up in Dec of 2022, so there are not really any mold odors. WoodSprings are still using synthetic air freshener on a timer in all the common areas and I think that legit raises possible ADA Accommodation Access questions possibly. Aside from that and a couple other things this place is still fairly priced considering how new it is. I have not gotten bit up by bed bugs and no roaches in here either. Most of the trash and liter.outside of.and around the building seems to get picked up often enough. Doesn't really seem like a shady place, have not had my vehicle broken into and nothing has gone missing from my room or vehicle, so that's good. VERY close to several freeways I believe; yet the road noise is not terrible. There are a few nuisances you might have during your stay depending on your tolerance or how frequently you travel. Sometimes when there are things that are bothersome (like others peoples noise etc) I just roll.with the punches.and realize that that can go along with the territory. Washers and Dryers were clean. There is legit mostly 24/7 staff and I think that probably helps a bit with security. I have no idea if this is considered a good or bad neighborhood. It seems alright or possibly better than average.

DON'T STAY HERE! The room is so dirty... floors are dirty, the toilet and tub are dirty, and the bathroom counter is dirty. The lady who checked us in was super unfriendly, as much as to tell us which room our children could sleep in (one room was on the second floor and one room was on the first floor). The beds are not queen size, like they say online. The room smells. The only reason we stayed here was because it was 10 pm at night and we had been traveling with 5 kids since 8 am. Otherwise, we would have gone elsewhere. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

I just flew in from Florida to attend my aunt’s funeral , I’m not asking for much but I had to move to another room, the first room had a bad order, besides that it had food in the floor. The second room the water in the bathroom sink did not work and the sheets were dirty, like really dirty. Seriously for this to be a new hotel this is by the far the worst quality I had ever experienced. I really should just check out go somewhere else. It’s late and I’m tired been traveling all day, I’m so upset.

My first stay at this hotel occurred on the following dates (09/03/2023-09/05/2023). My vacation wasn't terrible, but I did have a few problems, such as the bed being loaded with hair from a prior guest, "I'm assuming," or the hair not being removed after the linen was washed and dried owing to the type of machine used. The floor was not noticeably dirty, but the bottoms of my son's feet were. I did not notify the front desk receptionist about the filthy floor, because I just cleaned it but I did remove all of the linens from the bed and request fresh linen. The front desk receptionist was quite friendly and did not cause me any trouble. Overall the hotel was nice and quiet, and I was willing to stay again.

I reserved another room for the dates 09/06/2023-09/07/2023. This visit, on the other hand, was underwhelming, to say the least. I don't want to take anything away from the hotel because it isn't a one-star hotel in my perspective, but I am giving it a "one-star review for the receptionist's lack of knowledge, the level of communication that was not met, and also for the disrespect and inconsideration." I arrived at the hotel using the same payment method I used earlier in the week, only to be informed I couldn't check-in. My partner owned the card, but the reservation was in my name. Now I understand that this could raise some red flags, especially in the world that we live in today. I also understand that policies are put into place to protect customers as well as the hotel. To say the least, I'm not upset that she was doing her job. My issue with her is that she did not attempt to assist in resolving the matter. She acted dismissively. Many things could've potentially made the situation better had it been handled differently. She never, for example, inquired if my spouse could come to the hotel. She never asked if there was an additional method of payment that contained my name that I could use to obtain the room. She did say she was going to call her manager, but she took the phone in the back of the office, which was strange because I was in the front, and then she came back and said the management told her no, I couldn't book a room. We spoke back and forth because, to put it mildly, I was furious at the time. I eventually got my 6-year-old son and left the hotel. This was probably around 4 p.m. I informed my spouse of what had occurred; he phoned customer service, and they were able to settle the matter by just having him sign a statement confirming that he was aware I was using the card to pay for the accommodation. I had other duties to accomplish by the time all of the documents were provided and filled out before I could return to the hotel and check-in. The receptionist contacted my phone to inform me that everything had been taken care of, and I informed her that I was no longer in the neighborhood and wouldn't be returning for a couple of hours. If I'm not incorrect, it was around 9:45 p.m. or 10 p.m. when I returned to the hotel. I'm exhausted, irritated, and want to sleep right now. When I arrived, the front desk receptionist was assisting someone else, and the situation between the two females about a reservation appeared to be quite stressful. By the time she addressed me, I had informed her that I would be checking in and making a complaint against her. We were back in a furious dispute, which resulted in my son weeping and her denying me a room stating they were "overbooked." She also alleged that it took me three hours to return and that I did not return on time. I've never met such a terrible human being as this lady. She was disrespectful and awful. My son remarked that he would never go near that horrible person again. She was quite unprofessional. As I was leaving, the cops were pulling into the parking lot, so who knows what happened between her and the other lady there. I doubt I'll ever return to that spot, nor will I recommend it to anybody because of the possibility of meeting her!!!! I did call and file a complaint against the worker but we all know...

While the location is situated right of of US 1 that is about all it has going for it.

The room while it looked nice was far from it. The bed felt like it was going to break at any moment and made a bunch of noise. The pillows were flat not to mention the sheet had a stain on it. The shower curtain had hairs from previous visitors. The floor was hardwood but it is like they never heard of a mop. I had to throw out my socks due to how dirty the floor was and the next day went out to buy flip flops to wear inside there since they only do room cleaning every other day.

Service was horrendous. The first night when I was checking in the lobby was locked. Finally when the attendant came out from the back room she was on her phone which was unprofessional and continued to stay on it the whole time while helping the guest in front of me. When it was finally my turn before I could say anything she walked back to the back room to continue her call. I had to call out and she came back up front and then asked if I needed something. I told her I had to check in which she finally told whoever was on the phone to hang on as if I was in the wrong for trying to check in when she had a call. I got my keys but unluckily for me I had to go back down to ask for more towels. I went back to the lobby and again she was in the back still on the phone. I again had to call her up front and asked for 2 towels, she only gave me. I guess it was my fault for asking her while she was still on the phone.

Needless to say I will not be staying here again due to the unprofessionalism and the room not being up to my standards of clean. This was a last moment choice to stay here and I definitely regret choosing this hotel. I'm not sure what the other rave reviews were about because this has got to be one of the worse hotels I...

I've stayed here 5-6 times in the last year traveling from out of state. Place was nice but staff was bad. I own hotels and understand what comes with the lay of the land. I like to save the hotel 15% by going direct to them...big mistake with this place. Went in...was told same rate as booking sites. Lady spent half an hour trying to figure out how to check me in. Tried to get me to fill out physical papers cause she could figure out how to use the computer. I stayed patient and courteous through the whole thing...mind you it's midnight and I've driven 8 hours....she has to make phone calls to figure out how to use their computer.....in that time the room type I was going to sold out so she put me in for another room but said since this is now the last room they have.. the new rate is 25% more.....I could have booked online and been done and her half hour episode is why I now have to pay 25% more. I politely said I'm gonna go somewhere else. She then tried to make it seem like ohh that's difference is too much for me to afford....I was too tired to argue with her but her inability to do her job cost me half an hour plus driving up the road to another hotel....holding the rate to what was agreed upon was a matter of principle not a money thing. I simply just left. Hire or train competent staff. 5-6 nights a year of business lost. Go...
