Today's experience was poor. Maybe understaffed at dinnertime had something to do with it but...There wasn't a line but #1 I was asked to give the order taker a moment. When I ordered a 2 for $6 Combo, a $1 10 pc nuggets and a medium coffee. #1 I was told the amount due was $9.91. It sounded a few dollars high but I was given no opportunity to inquire! #2 Also I was not told to proceed to the next window. But it was seemed correct to do so I moved along. Server rapidly opened and closed the windown handing out my combo- #3 no opportunity for verbal recognition. I had zero chance to review the order here. Error! Then I watched the server take a large softdrink cup and fill with ice. Upon seeing this I rapped a few times on the window, not having ordered a medium softdrink. #4 No notice was taken. Please pay attention! Then the filled cola drink was rapidly passes out (open/shut.) #5 Why was this second transaction not okay? See number three. Second Service Window actions are still customer Transactions. I had no chance to mention the ice and softdrink mistake. Also, when I occasionally order a softdrink I make sure to order it with No Ice. You can't drink ice, in 32 degree weather its cold enough as it is and ice causes me tooth aches. Amd to rub it in further, I could easily have crossed the intersection for a softdrink at McDonald's, any size just $1. Here's the point: An unhappy customer is going to broadcast negative experiences to others. A hurt customer is always right regardless of how a service business manager feels otherwise. Im making this a point to the franchise owner: Im telling others here to avoid the possibility of having the same experience at This Location. I'll just pick another Burger King a few miles...
Read moreThe quality of the food and the service has gone down drastically. Each time I go, I think, "maybe last time was a fluke. Maybe there's a new owner. Maybe they provided Customer Service training for their employees." But each and every time I've visited over the last few months, I've been disappointed. One one visit, the order taker actually yelled at me - I guess because I couldn't here what they were saying because the speaker is so bad." I talked to the manager and his response was something like, "Oh. Okay."
Tonight I was hopeful that my experience would be better, since I was really in the mood for some chicken. In the drive-thru I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, no mayo on the sandwich, light salt on the fries, an order of onion rings and a coke with just a little bit of ice. Ordering was very difficult because the speaker had a lot of static or their headsets were bad. When I received my order, I checked the bag and found 2 orders of fries instead of onion rings. Thankfully, I hadn't pulled away, so I had them change it. No one greeted me or thanked me for choosing their establishment. No one wished me a good night before I left. Unfortunately, I was already home before I realized the fries were heavily salted, there was mayo on my sandwich and the coke was nearly flat. I will not be...
Read moreOrdered my food while heading to my place of work decided it’s been a while since I’ve had Burger King so I’m gonna stop by and grab me a sandwich. I grabbed a double whopper meal and as I’m eating on my way to work, I noticed some unfamiliar flavors in a whopper like mustard and what I thought were pickles were actually jalapeños. I just happen to be deathly allergic to jalapeños so as I’m eating my sandwich and noticing that it’s getting hard and harder for me to breathe, I look at the sandwich and I noticed the jalapeños spit out the sandwich that I’m chewing now mind you I’ve eaten half of the sandwich. Pulled over on the side of the road vomited and had to use my EpiPen to save my life after sitting in a parking lot for 30 minutes. I mean my way to my office which was the closest place by and tried calling the location from 2:10 in the afternoon all the way till 330 this afternoon. The phone was busy once I was able to get through the people were extremely rude. They kept passing my call along to people who honestly did not understand English, and that’s not being being rude or being nasty. They did not understand what I was saying someone needs to reach out to me ASAP. Before I reach out to my lawyer and sue the hell out of...
