West Main Street Motel — Hotel in Spartanburg

This place is disgusting the first night I had to sleep in my car because the bedbugs were so bad when I went to the office they put us in a single room from a double and would not return the money that I paid over for a double and would not even try to make it right. I also lost all of my food because they put in a room without a fridge when we had one in the first room and they said oh well I lost out on over $80 they also said that I couldn't have my dog and if it was on the property they would put me out but when I went back to the office they had a note that said $20 a day for pets they dont need to be open this place is not suitable for an animal much less people they need to close it down. I will be reporting them and also getting a lawyer so that I can get my money back for...

Bad the policy that they have for things that people might forget when they check out is not right on my last visit it was for four weeks the morning that I checked out I left some things in the room tryed to call no answer when I went back one guy said he would have them bring it to the desk now the so called Manager has told me that they don't have a policy for lost and found be they just throw it in the trash now how** is that so not a good place to stay I won't a seventy dollar loss is enough...

Nasty nasty place. The room I stayed in had so many problems I wouldn't know were to start, you flush the toilet the sink would flud up, the place has a terrible case of roaches, and no mini fridge which should be an obvious must if you planned on having customers stay for little awhile.

All in all don't waste your money here, even the cold weather shelter has higher standards then...
