Extreme lacking in customer service. Delivery drivers beware. They want you to falsify the delivery process and "confirm" order before you even get it. Uber drivers, we don't have a "confirm" process. We "verify" the order and then can't cancel it after that. This store would rather cancel the customers order than follow uber terms and policy. Even after uber support called and told them they are wrong. Ended up in an argument with owner wanting to complete pickup before I even had the food. Not gonna happen... Verified order per uber policy but that wasn't good enough. Ended up getting paid by uber anyway and a "bonus"($4) because of the trouble, meanwhile the store was flagged for a merchant violation. So careful when ordering from here for deliver, if it says order is canceled its probably the store and not the driver cause they are obnoxious and can't follow delivery company's policies.
Update: ubereats confirmed with the store we aren't suppose to start delivery until food is in hotbag and we're leaving. VERIFY order is what we are to do when we get food. Also store has been reported and investigation opened by UE for merchant violations Once verified you can't "steal" the order because you can't cancel or unassigned from it. Not even the store can request a new driver as u found out urself first hand when you chose to cancel the customers order because support wouldn't change drivers. (Because I was not in the wrong lol). Good luck with the drivers who don't know the rules. Don't care how long you been doing this, everyone is held to same policies. Your store isn't special. If you don't want to follow then you shouldn't have agreed to them when u signed up to accept uber orders. BTW, I'm not banned not even in trouble. Actually got extra money for reporting your store.    Read moreFor as long as this place has been open, they should have both the men and women's restrooms in proper shape by now. The men's restroom is still out of order. The women's restroom is available for everyone, but there is no hand soap and nothing to dry your hands with. If you want soap to wash your hands, you need to ask whoever is behind the counter. They have a bottle of soap that they will squirt onto your hands so you can go back in the bathroom-if it's not occupied-to wash your hands. If this is how they handle bathroom needs, it's disturbing to imagine the chefs aren't washing their hands before they prepare your food. I told the woman behind the counter that there is no soap. She just giggled and said, "Yeah, I know. Okay." 😄🤗 I held my hands out for her to squirt some soap for me. I should've just canceled the order and left in that moment. I know, I was being too nice. Dont worry, I am kicking myself so the readers of this post don't have to. Does she not understand that the current state of the restrooms is unacceptable? How can she smile and laugh? What is the excuse? Is this how they keep the bathrooms in their own homes? If the answer is no, why do they expect customers to be okay with this?
The window sill in the dining area is littered with bugs- dead and alive.
I will not be back. They don't deserve anyone's hard earned money. It's a shame customers will keep coming back and helping...

Lame. Didn't like the shrimp lo Mein bc it didn't have enough cabbage, carrots and like 7 small shrimps. Flavor didn't seem like authentic Chinese. Wanted to return to switch out another order, but the guy got mad and refused to just let me switch for another order, and I would just pay the difference if it cost more. I've had their wings and fries. Delicious. I've had the steak and shrimp fries....
