Budget Inn — Hotel in Spring Hill

They bought it and are riding it into the ground. They fix nothing! (Instead of properly tightening the screws on the bedframes they put duct tape on them.)

This place is operated by Hindu people that barely speak English and haven't a clue. The woman in the family makes all the decisions and her brother backs her up. Her husband and son are nice but told to butt out of the business. Read to the end and look at the photos. 😬

Everything is moldy and rotting. The water heater is set at a deadly 143°F. (See photos) Even at this redicuouse temperature, they have so many rooms connected to one water heater, it goes cold in no time every morning. (The simple solution is to add a tempering valve to the water heater set at 120°F. They could turn the water heater to 180°F and still have lots of safe water.)

They won't provide discounts or credit because things aren't working... I rented for a week, several days of no cable TV, turning the water totally off without notice to work on pipes, moldy air conditioner, nasty and moldy bedding, moldy shower...

I wound up cleaning the room myself after returning from the hospital from a lung infection and complications that got out of control. Did I mention they don't give refunds?

This place needs a proper inspection! (Both county building and health, as well as the C.D.C.)

If you want to run a customer relations business in America you need to learn our ways!

The customer comes first!

You may lose the few dollars on that particular sale but your reputation will get you more business than a bad review that will cost you. What they have done to this place will probably get it condemned and torn down. (Probably planned ahead to get the iinsurance money.) I have seen many small hotels destroyed this way.

The 10 people that gave this place 5 starts must be their large family living behind the manager's officer. This place is a ZERO.

I am horrified and still shaking from my experience i just had at this awful place! Our truck got a flat tire during our roadtrip that set us behind so not being familiar to the area we stopped at the most convient closest place due to the long ride and the fact my 2 kids and I were exhausted! I first walk in and think wow this is filthy Idk if we can even stay here then I look at the bed and it has at least 10 burn holes in the comforter as I pulled back the covers to check out the sheets they were COVERED in blood spots I look to.the top right of the bed and see a pool of dried blood on the floor. I was so upset and disgusted and attempted to get my money back which they would not.refund. I called health dept and they wouldnt come out then to do an inspection so im very concerned as to.if anything will even be done about the situation. I felt helpless and still very distraught thinking what if my children would have came into contact with disease infested blood and NO ONE could help me? No one will make it right? I dont know what to do but I will be sure to make my voice be heard bc this isnt just unsanitary, that is life threatening! What bothers me the most is that it was allowed, their is noooo way with as much blood that was everywhere that they didnt see. They just didnt care! It is a sad world...

Things are in walking distance the rooms are large I will give them that. The beds are big it seems my son seemed to have no complaints with the comfort. There were some bugs but not like other places the refridherators are ridiculously small though. If you have a family I don't know what to tell ya. The TVs are fine cable is fine wifi is fine over all my son had some complaints with the signal idk. I sometimes lost it but it usually came back in fairly quickly. The showers are small but I didn't care lol I took LOTS!! The water pressure was amazing the temp was amazing loved it especially bc I slept on the floor, my choice for sharing a one bed bedroom with my kid I was mostly on the floor, but my back and sides would get so sore the shower was a life saver. I really wish I could take one now. There are no washer and dryers I washed by hand stuff I could wash. They don't clean clean the floors unless they're just stained that way idk. But you could walk in them and not get dirty feet. One room the floor felt a bit grimy i don't know what that was about but the other room didn't have that it just semed corners were a bit dirty...
