La Signature Cheesecake — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I ordered a meal and a couple of cheesecake slices to go. One of the cheesecakes I ordered was a blueberry cheesecake. The cashier asked if I wanted the dessert now or to take home. I told him I will wait and take it home. Apparently someone else asked for the blueberry cheesecake after I already placed my order. He forgot I had already ordered it and sold it to someone else. When he handed me my meal he forgot the cheesecakes I ordered. I had to remind him and that's when I found out he sold the last blueberry cheesecake. I asked for cherry cheesecake as a replacement. He placed it in a container and then I asked if I could actually change it. The cashier told me no as he already placed it in a container. After his error he still continues to make no effort in making up his mistake. No apology was even given. Horrible service! The food was definitely not worth the...

As someone who’s always on the road looking for food that isn’t fried in grease and stuffed with bread, this restaurant was the perfect option.

I ordered fish. I wish I remember exactly what kind of fish it was, but it was HUGE! It was 3.5 ounces. I ate off it for 2 days. It came with cabbage and island style plantains and rice.

The food was great, the owners were extremely nice and friendly, and the restaurant itself was well kept and clean.

The only bone I had to pick (other than those huge bones in my fish) was the “in your face” religious experience that they had going on. I respect whatever it is they follow, but I need a sing along blasting in the store and playing on the television sets. That part was a bit aggressive. Not everyone shares and follows the same religion.

My family and I recently went on an adventure to Brooksville and stumbled upon this amazing restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were met with fantastic customer service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, everything we ordered was authentic , flavorful, and exceeded our expectations.

What made this experience even more special was the Godly(Christian)presence that was not only evident throughout the restaurant but also through the customer service.
