I really wanted to like this place just based on what I saw when we got there but there are problems. The room itself was pretty good - updated, fairly spacious, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom (a huge TV also but nothing would play on it). Also a view of the mountains. However, the walls are very thin - not much soundproofing. On one side, I could clearly hear kids screaming and on the other, well I heard the intimacy happening (if you know what I mean). |What bothered me the most is that there is almost no zero personal service - especially at night after 6 pm. Due to checking in around 8 pm, I never saw a single staff person there. The office hours are 8 am to 6 pm but even when I went over there at 9:30 am on the morning when we checked out, the office was still closed. 4 other guests (different rooms) all were looking for staff in the office too at that time - no one around. Later the staff person messaged saying they were running errands out of the resort. During the day before checking in, I would receive various canned bot messages from the property. However, when I had specific questions, sometimes staff there would answer but oddly never answered the questions specifically - even when I asked 3 times. Any questions asked via message or voicemail went unanswered after 6 pm (even though the voicemail says that after office hours they will return calls within an hour after the voicemail). |Our TV wouldn't play any programming at all. There seems to not be enough internet bandwidth to load anything. Netflix/Hulu/even just the cable programming provided by the resort didn't work. You can see the cable programming menu via the remote but nothing will play. Just a circle thinking symbol unable to show anything. Sad as the TV is huge and mounted on the wall. No one on the property in the evening that answers messages at all and no maintenance to fix these types of issues either - at least in the evening when guests are there.| Getting the access code for the room via message - we were able to enter our room when we arrived. But I found it very frustrating to not be able to...

Really appreciate them reaching out and ensuring we had a pleasant experience even after our stay. I would say because of their customer service and response, I would definitely consider giving this place another try in the future!
Pros: Location was great, price was good, and room was clean.
Cons: Checked in online before arriving, but never received any email or text with any key code for the room (which I didn't know about until I arrived). Apparently, (according to the employee), I should have received a notification with a key code for the room door so I could enter at any time, but I never did. Luckily we arrived around 3:30pm when they were still open, as he had to give me a physical key.
When we arrived, I went into the main registration office to check-in only to find absolutely no one in there. There was a private office with the door closed and I could hear a guy on the phone, so I waited a few mins thinking he would come out, but never did. I waited around for 15 mins, not sure what to do. I said hello several times hoping he would hear me, but still no one came out. I tried calling the phone number listed on the window, but no answer. I sent a text to the number and after several more mins, he finally emerged from the back office. He was very nice, gave me a physical key, and told me where the room was located.
The coffee shop they mention on their website was also closed. No explanation why, just a sign saying 'closed - sorry for the inconvenience'. I can totally understand if it were closed during winter, and would have preferred it state that, but kind of a bummer considering they offer a free coffee when renting a room. It would've been the perfect weather to get a nice hot drink, but alas.
The room was nice, and bed comfortable, but the above things I mentioned pretty much made it a pretty...
Read moreThis is for the RV side. It's $70 after tax and that is WAY overpriced!! We picked this place because we needed to do laundry and our RV hot water heater quit, so we wanted hot showers. You have to pay for the showers! We're paying $70 for a gravel lot with no other ammenities (aside for full hookus) and you want me to pay for the showers, too?! Theres 2 stalls in each bathroom... Only one works in the women's and NONE work in the men's!! And the shower that works in the women's room has burnt out lights and a filthy muddy and hair coated floor.... BUT they do have good water pressure and hot water. Then the laundry..... They have the smallest washers ever for $1.75. The washers fit 3 pairs of adult jeans and a jacket. That's it. Though they are fast. So my family of 6 spent $20 on laundry and showers.... On top of the $70 for a gravel lot. There's no play area. That "game room" advertised is a small table with 2 chairs and a tv. No actual games. Or seating for more than 2 people... The laundry dispenser eats your money, the washer eats your money and the shower doesn't give you the time you pay for (I set my phone timer and the showers are 30sec-1min fast). I complained about the washer and the maintenance man gave me $.50 for my troubles. Gee. Thanks We will never be back here. The sad thing is they have potential!! The bathrooms COULD be amazing. They're huge and nicely wood framed. If someone would just clean them, replace lights, stop making campers pay for showers and get the 3/4 broken ones working. And the game room COULD be great too, put some games in it and a few other tables. With chairs. Or get a ping pong table. We thought about spending two nights in the Tetons area. We'll find another campground for our...
