Badger Creek Cafe — Restaurant in Tetonia

The cook needs to go back to school and learn how to cook breakfast. Let's start with what I ordered and how I received it. Biscuit and gravy w/eggs over easy side of sausage and potatoes cakes. The biscuit were hard and very different to cut with a knife, the gravy had a very odd taste for country gravy, The sausage had a sweet taste that over powered the taste of the sausage. He definitely doesn't know how to cook over easy eggs because mine were well done and the yoak was dry the whites around the eggs were crispy and lassy. The only good thing was the potato cakes. It took almost 45 minutes to even get our order as the place was not that busy.the service was ok but slow and he never checked on us after serving us out food. It wasn't until we were done is when he checked on us. Now I've worked behind the grill and I would never let food go to a customer that was not of good quality or what they ordered. It takes a good cook to do eggs right and he or she doesn't have that ability. I will not return to this restaurant until they learn how to cook or get someone who does The server should have never acceptedy order especially when you can see it's not...

PUT THIS PLACE ON THE MAP! We had to go through Idaho because Craig pass in yellowstone was closed due to a fire, preventing us from entering old faithful through the south gate. We thought we might find something to eat in victor or driggs as far as fast food.. we were sorely wrong. Running out of options I quickly Google any type of food on our way into the west gate. Badger Creek Cafe was our last chance for a meal so we stopped in for a togo. They really need signs out front saying: last chance for food! service was quick and the waitress was kind. This definitely was the Best meal we have had on our entire road trip. We purchased the rodeo burger, and the mushroom Swiss burger, both with fresh authentic Idaho fries. We have never been to Idaho and hadn't planned on coming through, however we were extremely impressed and look forward to a time when we can stop by this awesome little Cafe again. Hopefully by then they can make this little...

JUST WOW! we were in Tetonia for one night before heading to grab Teton and found this gem of a restaurant !!! Although we reached literally 5 min before their close time, the server was extremely nice to let us dine in ne was super- friendly with suggesting us the menu items.

Coming to the bear part- the food. Homemade veggie burger patty!!! WOW ! the buns, the patty the sauce, fries everything about that plate was insanely tasty !!
