It was very unprofessional that they hired teenagers who clearly didn't know what they were doing. It was past 11 PM when the fire alarm went off. It turns out the workers were smoking, and when they came out of a room smelling like marijuana, with red eyes, they claimed it was a false alarm, which scared us all for no reason.

Additionally, the service was poor. I waited ten minutes, along with two other people, for the workers to come out. We were calling for help, and one of them was just in the back on his cell phone. He told us he would send two people down, but it took an extra five minutes for them to arrive and once again, they were also teenagers

The internet situation here is strange, but it's not a major concern for me. However, having two kids with me made it a struggle since only one device can connect to the internet at a time, and any additional devices incur extra charges.

As for the TV, it's also complicated. If I don't want to watch cable, then I have to turn off the TV wait for it to turn back on, scan a barcode, and use my phone as the remote. which makes the whole process time-consuming. And it only has...

Stayed ten days while sorting out my move. Initially understood they were working out some new construction issues so I was willing to understand there may be some things out of their control. Noise from neighbors such as stomping, jumping, bouncing a ball, running at all times of the night is something staff have no control over but you may experience no matter what. The elevator gave out on our last day so we had to carry our stuff down three flights. No need to use the fitness center that day! Room cleaning service do their best to provide what you need as well as the front desk, but as our stay progressed things got exhausting and we were ready to leave. The fridge ice maker didn't work, some electrical sockets didn't work for charging, but otherwise a useable space for a night but not an extended stay. Not my first choice but...

Considering this place is brand new, I want to give some buffer for them to work out the kinks.

On the good side, it's brand new so everything is clean and functioning well. The people running the front desk were also very nice and helpful.

On the bad side, the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors and people above you. We even heard the people (after quiet hours...) out at the firepit until we ran the AC fan on high. The cleaning crew was also very loud when coming off the elevator past quiet hours even the front desk person was concerned. There was also only 1 fork in our kitchen.

So I will leave my review as just okay consider the staff problem can be fixed, but if not I would pass...
