LCO Lodge — Hotel in Town of Hayward

I went to Seven Winds Casino to get lunch today. The young man said it would be about 12 minutes. But, it took 45 minutes to get my lunch. I ordered a taco salad and my coworker ordered a fish sandwich. Many people who came in and ordered after me were getting their food. I asked twice if they could please check on it. The young waitress was doing her best. A veteran in a wheelchair waited about 15 minutes to pay for his meal. Finally, a manager came to help. I was about to ask for a refund. The young waitress informed the manager that I was waiting.. I told him that I had to go back to work and I could not eat my lunch now. He did not seem fazed by anything. Stayed the night and the room was clean and fine. The BIG problem, there is no place to get breakfast. They have no restaurant. Just what I call a snack bar that doesn't open unti noon. The little hot dog stand advertises breakfast but don't open until 11;00. They have closed the buffet and that room sits there empty, Would make a nice restaurant. Have been advertising great news comin on the window but thats been like that for 2 or more years/. I fell on the ice. I reported it, the manager was very rude and didn’t even ask how I was. I hurt myself. Their response was to put salt down after the fact. The kinnikkinic restaurant refused to take my to go order even though I’ve ordered many times in the past. She said her manager said she wasn’t allowed to take a Togo order unless for an employee. I’ve been staying here 3-4 nights a week for almost a year on business and the customer service here is terrible. While gaming I barely get a waitress so sit there thirsty for hours.
