I recently attended the opening of the Pir Vilayat Center, dedicated to the Sufi founder of the community. I stopped at Rumi's Cafe afterwards for meaningful conversation on the patio, with my delicious soup and grilled cheese. The Abode offers classes, concerts, seminars, and community work-days--as well as personal and group guided meditation retreats. (The beautiful campus is also available for rentals and weddings.)
