Travel Inn — Hotel in Town of New Windsor

NOT SO WELCOMING, WELCOME WAGON!

First off, the only thing good I can say about this place is it was a lot cleaner than other motels. That aside, the hospitality sucked.When we got there it was past noon and still no one was available to clean the rooms so we decided to except one and wait for the cleaning lady to come. Like I said before, they are a lot cleaner but even they didn't give you a new clean comforter which means they expected us to sleep with other people's body fluids, ew! On top of that, the lady who rented the room next to us who is apparently a regular, made sure that we knew there was to be no smoking,before we even stepped through our door.like, are you the owner?, No your not so stay in your place. Then the lady who runs the place came to make sure we knew that we had to be on our best behavior because she has "regulars" and she wasn't going to mess that up for us. They do not make the passer by feel welcome at all. I had a wonderful stay at Travel Inn Motel — the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, but what truly made the experience special was the incredibly kind and helpful staff.
