KC's Corner Motel — Hotel in Town of Springfield

We stayed at KC’s Corner during our family trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame, and it was everything we hoped for. The room was spacious enough for the four of us, super clean, and had all the essentials (and then some). The kids loved having their own bed, and my husband and I were just happy to have a comfortable and clean place to crash after long days of sightseeing.

We especially appreciated the little kitchen area, it made breakfasts easy before heading out each day. The location was ideal too: just a short drive to the Hall of Fame, but tucked away in a quiet spot where we could relax at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and you can tell they really care about the place. Everything felt safe, welcoming, and easy.. exactly what you want when traveling with kids.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable (seriously - best sleep I’ve had in a while), and the little touches like extra towels and a stocked coffee station.

The staff were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a good stay. We also loved the location - close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. It felt more like a cozy, cared-for guesthouse than a typical motel.

Very friendly and clean. Took care of all our needs in one shot! Very helpful staff, I wish there were more like them! We had dinner, stayed the night, and breakfast in the morning. We have been on a road trip for over a week. This is by far the best place we have stayed. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, the room was a bit frilly for my taste, but it really worked and I quite enjoyed it. The staff really tries to make you feel at home. Someone is always there when you need something, but leave you be when you don't. I highly recommend this place, we really lucked out just seeing it on the side...
