Pompanuck Farm — Hotel in Town of White Creek

This is an incredibly special place. I spent a long weekend there on a working retreat with colleagues, and it was a beautiful experience. The round house is stunning, and is a perfect place for a group to converge, socialize, and work. Lisa and scott are amazing cooks and provided us with fantastic meals; scott led us in a tai chi lesson; we used the sauna and swam in the pond and went on hikes and to swimming holes in the area (in between work meetings). Pompanuck is fantastic. A true idyllic retreat. The location was green and lush, grounds a meandering garden complete with a sauna cabin and plunge pond. The main structure was large circular lodge that was, no kidding, lovingly and expertly hand-build at a crazy level of skill. Scott and Lisa were wonderful, easy going hosts.
