Just went to a bread making workshop at the bakery with an aspiring baker. It was a wonderful afternoon and what an amazing, and delicious, workshop! Scott and Lisa are so knowledgable about what they do and willing to share their passion. They were supportive and encouraging to both new and seasoned learners and I can't wait to show off my new bread skills this Thanksgiving! I can't wait for the gingerbread...
