We had a fantastic stay at Scenic View Campground in Warren, NH, in June 2025, booking three site types: a standard tent site, an RV site with full electrical and water hookups, and a deluxe streamside cabin. The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with a full bathroom (shower only, no tub), sleeping up to five (max four adults), and featured heat for cooler evenings, making it ideal for our family of three. It backed up to a serene nature area along the brook, adding to the tranquil setting. The tent and RV sites, located adjacent to the Baker River, were highlights. The shallow, brook-like river was a safe, fun spot for our kids to play, with its gentle flow providing calming background noise at night. The campground is well-maintained, with clean facilities (bathrooms, showers, laundry, and portable toilets) and a warm, inviting pool. A small, clearly marked 10-minute nature trail on-site was perfect for early morning walks through the woods. The staff were friendly and engaging, offering great recommendations for nearby attractions like the Polar Caves, a short drive away. Pros include an easy online booking process with a detailed map of the grounds, allowing us to accurately choose multiple sites for our group. The customer service was accommodating, the atmosphere family-friendly, and the quiet hours reasonable. The campground offers diverse stay options (tent, RV, cabins), is easy to find, and has excellent bug control. However, check-in (late morning) and check-out (early morning) times felt restrictive, though remote/after-hours check-in until 8 PM was convenient. The coin-operated showers ($0.25 for 4 minutes) were a hassle despite generous timing. Additionally, the grounds aren’t ATV/dirtbike/SXS-friendly, with no off-road vehicles allowed inside. The staff permitted us to double-park our utility trailer and ATV outside, but noted this isn’t standard practice. More family-friendly activities would enhance the experience. Overall, Scenic View Campground is a great family-friendly spot in the White Mountains with scenic river views and excellent service. We’d return, but hope for more flexible check-in/out times, free hot showers, and...
Read moreWe stayed nearly 3 months. Biggest campsites I've seen, and the park is very well maintained. The owners are incredibly helpful, and went out of their way for us more than once. You can find most anything you need in the nearby town, and Utica is only a 25 min drive. Very clean, quiet, and safe campground. Hated to leave, as we made a lot of friends there. The bar and grill serves up awesome food, and good times. Probably the best pizza i had in the Utica vicinity. We will definitely return...best RV park we've...
Read moreWe stayed at this campground for five nights while visiting the Adirondacks and family who lived close by. There may be campgrounds closer to the Adirondacks, but you'll not find one as nice as this one. The sites are huge, the restrooms and showers are spotless. I used the laundry room and it was so clean that it set the bar for other campgrounds non of which can compare. If you are looking for bells and whistles this is not the campground for you. However, if you want great customer service you'll...
