The people here really are understanding and sweet, it's a nice location to stay if you don't have kids. I gave three stars because they made it out to be family friendly but the entire we were there they complained about kid toys even when they were tucked behind the camper and just always acted inconvienced by them. We eventually got asked to leave because they're insurance no longer accommodated minors under 17. Which was also an issue to me because they snuck a notice on the door then sent an email instead speaking face to face about it. The staff are helpful and friendly and always ready to work with me whenever I had any questions or problems. The location isn't in the best part of Tulsa but West Bend is a gated community and the residents look out for each other so I always felt safe. There is a train track that runs right along one side of the property which can get very loud and runs day and night. The management and grounds keeping team has been fantastic to work with, from answering all the questions I had about the site before moving in to helping me get set up in my lot. The crew even went above and beyond when we had some bad winter weather and salted the steps of residents on the grounds. The location has been great- it has been quiet with good neighbors and it is not a far drive to get to see the Tulsa sites, restaurants and bike trails...
