LOVE THE LOFT AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!! Very clean and so comfortable! The desk front person, Janet, even made the Buffet early for my us! I was having surgery and we had to leave by 5:30am. to make my Surgery on time. My boy's were able to eat, before we left!! I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT! THANK YOU JANET!!๐๐๐๐ The LOFT is a lot warmer than the first floor (that had the awesome King size bed & like 9 great pillows!๐) You can also hear EVERYTHING In the Loft, from the 1st floor! I didn't like that. ๐ My boy's was watching T.V. and it sounded SOO LOUD! So bring your ear plugs! ๐ There is only one bathroom on the main (1st floor). We had a jetted tub, with a Very Hot, long ๐ฟ. Loved that!! There is a T.V. on both floors. The main floor has: 1.) A good size refrigerator, with a good size, REALLY COLD freezer (๐ซNO FISH CAN BE BROUGHT IN THE ROOM'S-FYI๐ซ) 2.) Microwave 3.) Iron & maybe board (didn't use it) 4.) A nice, HUGE bench that you can sit on & it opens for A LOT of storage. VERY NICE!!! 5.) A sink above the refrigerator 6.) A VERY nice Coffee maker w/ decaf and regular coffee. Condiment packages with coffee & plastic cups.* ๐ THEY NEED TO HAVE TEA & HONEY WITH THE COFFEE!!๐* I was prepared & brought my own TEA & HONEY from home. I used the Coffee holder to put on Tea bag in, then threw away the Coffee. 7.) A Ice Bucket with a plastic bag for it 8.) A Gorgeous sitting area, with a Pull-out Sofa and a Living room table. 9.) A Eating Area with a Small wooden table & 2 chairs. 10.) A AWESOME, SOO COMFY KING SIZE BED, with the most comfortable pillows (about 9-12??), I have EVER SLEPT ON!! (I'm going to try & see if find what kind there are! I have really bad spinal issue's & need pillows like that!) 11.) 2 Side Tables & one had a alarm clock on it. I had to unplug it because I needed the extra outlet! ๐ THEY NEED MORE OUTLETS OR extension cords, available in room's!! SO BRING YOUR EXTRA OUTLETS!! FYI๐ 12.) A nice, big area to hang your clothes! They even give you a complementary REUSABLE BAG, That you take, with their NAME on it!! That was SOO HELPFUL!! That's all I remember about the main/ 1st floor. The LOFT had: 1.) Much Warmer than the main floor (I brought a box fan, because I can't sleep without one!) 2.) Had 2 Queen Size (I think) Beds (same description as mine, except smaller.) 3.) T.V. (Very loud LOL๐!) 4.) Eating area with small wooden table and 2 chairs. I think everything else is on the website. I would definitely RECOMMEND, this Inn to anyone and everyone!! THANKS SO MUCH!!...
ย ย ย Read moreIf you pay cash, the older lady at the front desk will invent a reason to take your deposit, no matter what. She took our deposit because we had a diffuser in our room. The room had smelled disgusting and I am allergic to all the synthetic ingredients in commercial air freshener. I was also 8 months pregnant at the time and dealing with nausea. A diffuser is a small machine that releases a small amount of water vapor with 100% natural essences of plants. It in no way damages a room and is more harmless than the gallons of Lysol they spray to cover up the smoke smell and other nastiness. It would be like losing your deposit for using a small humidifier. This woman also harassed my husband for bringing a tray of food upstairs from the buffet for me when I wasn't well enough to go downstairs. She also treated us with complete disrespect upon checkout. We were running 15 minutes behind when checking out. We called before checkout time and my husband let her know that I was not feeling well and he was loading our truck by himself, just in case we ran a few minutes late (not a problem at holiday inn or any reputable hotel chain). Even though the hotel was empty, she said this was unacceptable and actually came upstairs to stand over us glowering the whole time as my husband took our bags down. Then she smelled the air and said it smelled like essential oils and that she was taking our $100 cash deposit. Judging by the strung out and trashy look of this woman, I am guessing that she does this all the time as a scam to fill her pockets. We have family in Warsaw and frequently stay in this town but will never again stay at this hotel. It was an awful experience. The owners need to fire her and hire an honest manager that will put a good face forward to represent their business. She was also running other guests off for "smoking in their rooms" but I suspect this was a tactic to pocket their money as well, especially considering that during our whole stay she and the other employees were the only ones we saw smoking on the property and right next to the doors. Stay away from this place. The other motel in the town might be a little plainer, but worth it not to be treated like garbage and taken advantage of by this dishonest...
ย ย ย Read moreOur two-night stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. Our check-in was a breeze with the great front desk staff. The front desk counter also featured free wonderful cinnamon rolls for customers, and there was always coffee on in the breakfast area. Our room (two queen beds) was ready when we got there (unlike a lot of bigger chain hotels). Our room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. It had a dressing counter with sink outside the bathroom (shower/tub and toilet). There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure for our showers and baths. Bathroom also had good exhaust system to keep humidity out. And, there was also a heater in the wall of the bath area that could be turned on that felt good. The room also featured a nice sized refrigerator, microwave, small coffee maker (not a Keurig), blow dryer, iron and ironing board and bottles of shampoo/conditioner and bar soaps. The linens and towels were clean and fresh, and the beds and several pillows on the beds were very comfortable. The hall noise was very minimal. We did use the hot tub (spacious with good jets) and pool while there. Both were very clean and in working order. Towels were provided for guests in the hot tub/pool area. We did have the free, hot continental breakfast each morning we were there. It featured hot biscuits and gravy, scrambled egg patties, little sausages, a waffle maker with different fresh fruit toppings you could put on the waffles, a large assortment of dry cereals, a large assortment of danishes, sweet rolls and bagels, individual yogurt cups, apple/orange/grape juices, decaf and regular coffee, milk and several condiments to use on your food or in your coffee. The kitchen staff was very nice, appropriately dressed and kept everything well stocked. If ever in this area again, we would definitely stay here again. Loved the great small town...
