Waterville Valley is one of my favorite ski areas in NH. It’s a real class act. I hope they remain a holdout and don’t sell out to Vail or some other big conglomerate. Their independent nature is one of the most charming aspects. And I love that they teamed up with Indypass! What a fantastic partnership. The grooming is wonderful here, and I love how I can ski to my car at the end of a long day. I love the varied terrain. I can get all the steeps I want and the cruisers are fun too. The lifts are adequate, though weekends can get a little congested. The lodge is nice with the multi floors. Food is good. Restrooms are fairly easy to access. The ticket line can get long in the AM. The rain from the night before had things feeling pretty firm, but the shapers did a great job. They cranked some music for us and were suuuuper hospitable. The park here has had an exceptional reputation in the freestyle world for good reason. I’d recommend people come here and meet the friendly locals and shred the...
