While hiking the Appalachian Trail, we encountered challenging terrain blanketed with snow and ice, necessitating micro spikes for our hiking shoes. Fortunately, we stumbled upon exactly what we needed at this store. Not only did we find the necessary gear, but we were also pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the other gear and brands available. We regret not having more to purchase on this visit. Possible Karen moment here, but 🤷 Called with a question about a possible boot repair and was hung up on. Tried calling again and calls went unanswered. I understand if you're busy and/or don't do repairs, but as someone that has worked in customer service for over a decade, hanging up in the middle of the conversation is extremely unprofessional. Could've at least said whether or not you do repairs before I heard the click, I would've taken that as you're busy and need to help...

Went in for a boot-fitting and new boots. Dawn Marie took the time to customize my insoles, liners and fit me in a new boot - 2 sizes smaller than what another shop had sold me!
