By far the worst campground I’ve ever been, first of all they wouldn’t let us in because we were going to arrive after the 9:30 curfew, even though we advice them that we were too far to arrive on time, they let us stay on the front yard by the road for the same price saying that they were trying their best to be kind. Also saying that we should’ve known the rules if we would have visited their website. Second day we checked in and said that we had guest coming over, but when we all arrived after our dinner at 9:45 our guests got savagely escorted to leave the place immediately or the police would come. After talking with the owners the next day they still wouldn’t let our guest come for the whole stay saying that they were really not welcomed here. (Although they have a huge poster Bienvenu Canada) For the rest of it everyday the owner was driving his golf cart to our site and was being very rude at us for any stupid issues. We really felt spied like it was Big brother watching us. However, if it wasn’t for the staff the campsites were very pretty and (strangely) very quiet, but the bathrooms were very awkward and not so clean. Owners if you’re reading this I hope you will find the love that you need in your life and the strength to forgive people.

If you like being in the woods and having a quiet atmosphere then this is the place. Pine trees as well as leaf trees. It's a mom and pop kind of place. Laid back and comfortable. We're here in our 32' Class C with a car dolly, not a big rig place. There's your typical facilities, with a fire ring and picnic tables at each site. We will come again!

Absolutely love this place. My first time here and I took a walk taking pictures of all their wood carvings in little trinkets. No dogs so it's quiet it's very peaceful and a lot of shade. Although there is no pool here the beach is a mile and a half away and another beach for a half miles away. The owners stop and say hello

Without a doubt, I love coming here. It's perfectly placed, nestled in the woods, just passed all the hussle and traffic off Route 1 and bike riding distance to Wells Beach. A campground nestled in the woods this close to the beach (5minutes) is a hard find in this area. With a close drive to Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. The famous Wells Diner is just right down the road; so close you could walk to it. They have a ferry bus that conveniently stops at the campground and cycles up and down Route 1. Besides the perfect location for those that want to be by the beach but away from the traffic, the owners are something else thats worth the stay. Pat, the wife, personalizes the whole campground with flowers, lawn ornaments, wood carvings, and fairy gardens; there's always something unique to look at. Mike, the husband and a retired Air Force Veteran, manages the campground with dedication to ensures your stay is a comfortable one. They both have great personalities and devote their whole season to us campers. They're not just here to accept you in as campers but to also encourage friendship. Their staff are great just the same. I've talked to many here, and they return and return to this very campsite, some even winter here. I myself am a returning camper. When I camp, I need woods and nature, not the sound of busy tourist and vehicles driving up and...

This place is just plain scary.||||To start, the guy in the office was rude and made a very abrupt comment that made me uncomfortable. He then spent a long time turning pages in his book before telling me he was giving us the "preferred" campsite. When we drove through, most of the park was empty. Our site was at the very back of the campground, with only one "camper" next to us who stared at us as we drove in. He had no tent, trailer or RV and appeared to be living out of his car, with a clothesline hanging from the back of it to a nearby tree. ||||We saw no evidence of family "camping" activities. In fact, the park was dark and heavily treed and we would have felt unsafe walking around it or even leaving our vehicle unattended. We were afraid to stay there and decided instead to forego the money we had paid and go somewhere else. We didn't bother to ask for a refund as the campground's written policy clearly stated "no refunds"...wonder why!||||This not really a campground - it's a sketchy trailer park with a few dark camp sites. Looks like many people live there year round. Trailer homes are run down and horrible. ||I would highly recommend you...
