Absolutely recommend this place. As first time RVers a few years ago, they definitely helped to turn our first trip into an awesome experience. So much as we returned the following year and plan on it again. I was absolutely blown away in how hard it was to find an RV park that allowed you to even stay if you were not 55 yrs old or older. They not only welcomed us in but we felt very much at home by the time we left and when returning the following season. The staff is amazing, the people are great, snowbirds and long term residents. We met some amazing friends and some amazing kiddos and remain in contact in off seasons. The kiddos really bring smiles and laughter throughout the park. Very dog friendly, staff always willing to help accommodate requests and open to suggestions. There is always something going on activity wise and if their isn’t you suggest it and you’ll have people together in no time. Thank you guys so very much for making not only our first experience great but returning...
Read moreTerrible place the park it’s self is nice but the staff are terrible and discriminate against handicapped and disabled people maybe when the snow birds are in they have less free time for harassment I have never seen such horrible behavior from management and owner ..they are liars and cheats and refused to give my remaking rent back when I was force to move my son and his wife to another park early my son is disabled and my daughter in law is disabled and has severe torrettes and management told me they did not like her there because people were asking questions because she walked around a lot but never spoke to anyone or caused any problems but they did not like that she walked around and sometimes twitched ……..I could not beleive they actually told me this ..but I did get them to a better park and would not recommend this place to anyone for many reasons ..I have never had ti deal with so much discrimination...
Read moreStayed here because Yuma has only a handful of non 55+ sites and super expensive if they aren't. Nice place, easy in and easy out, staff is awesome and very accomodating. Visited Mexico about 40 minutes away to get some dental work done. Also did some hiking while staying here. Nice spacious Pull thru sites and fairly easy to manuver inside the park with a 40' Class A towing a 14' trailer. The site itself was plenty long for both the rig with trailer and an extra car too. FHU site, everything was in working order and placed well for our Rig. There is a train that frequents the area and runs both during the day and night, definitely is noticeable from the rumbling, but no horn at night so I'm sure I missed it a few times during the night when sleeping so not too bad at...
