Service is normally very good, but that little girl they have working there today needs someone to hold her hand and teach her a few things. Nothing came out as ordered, and no "how is everything", no refills without having to ask for it, and food for two diners was brought out at different times. My request for crispy bacon resulted in half cooked bacon. My request for extra crispy hash browns resulted in soggy hash browns. My request for my waffle to come out at the end of my meal resulted in my waffle being the first thing brought out.

As a regular customer, this was the worst service I've ever received there. Normally I would give straight 4's. Not today.

We stopped in at 9:30am and placed an order for 6 pizzas to be picked up at 4pm that afternoon. The owner was aware that we would be doing this as we had talked to her a couple of days ahead of time and she was present when we came in this am to actually place the order. When we arrived for pickup they had not even started on our order. We had to wait 30 minutes for them to get our order ready and there was no apology from staff or owner for their ineptness. My family really liked this place. With my children ordering a variety of things, we ended up trying a good sampling of what their menus offers. The food is very good and offered at a great price.

It was a bit off the freeway and we were just driving through, but we stopped by to visit with some friends (locals) and get some diner. We were very surprised to find such a delightful and delicious establishment in the middle of the desert.
