Green Valley Ranch — Hotel in West Glacier

I am a wedding planner and recently had a client’s wedding take place at GVR. The property is stunning and so well maintained. It is the perfect Montana Mountain backdrop, with an intimate and exclusive vibe. With multiple options for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception sites, it was great for accommodating different goals and visions. That said, the biggest selling point of this venue in my mind is the caretakers, Mike and Crystal. While this is their first season on property, their commitment to the guest/event success is truly overwhelming. They take hospitality and a hard work ethic to the next level. My experience at GVR was taken from “good”, to “out of this world”, simply because of the kindness and energy these two put towards my client’s big day. At an initial glance, it's clear to see the draw of this absolutely stunning property. The backdrop, site versatility, gorgeous on-site accommodations and proximity to Glacier NP are the obvious selling points for GVR. The added benefits became apparent when our interactions began with the caretakers at GVR - Mike and Crystal were a total dream to work with and took our whole weekend to the next level. It was apparent from the very first introduction that they were invested in making our wedding weekend so special and memorable. Their hospitality, attention to detail, knowledge of the property and genuine care surpassed our expectations. They even went above and beyond to make our crazy last dance idea into a reality! We got married at GVR in July, and had an absolute dream of a weekend staying in the lodge! Mike and Crystal, the property caretakers, are out of this world AMAZING. They are incredibly helpful, prompt, and so genuinely kind, that theirs was honestly a hard goodbye to give when we had to leave. They keep the entire property looking its best all the time and there was no better way to be greeted than with Mike and Crystal’s warm smiles and their own excitement for our wedding weekend!
