We were guests at Triple G's resort. I found your listing on Google after seeing some pictures. Later found out the pictures are not up to date. I called to inquire and promptly got assistance from someone named Jenny. There was an offer of 10% off the full price if you paid via ZELLE. That was a mistake with this booking. Jenny was very communicative before getting the fee. She was noticeably harder to reach after my money was sent and received. No one was in the "Tavern/office". We only saw someone there after 5 pm on the first day during our three-day stay. Upon entry, we immediately noticed the sagging, broken-down curtains on the right. There were two portable heaters and the mini split (Mr. Cool unit). However, none of these was operable. A circuit breaker had blown, and after reaching out to Jenny, she was able to have someone come over to reset the circuit. The maintenance men had to 'break' into the utility closet because they did not have the keys to get into it! These occurrences all happened within several hours after we had checked in. This experience highlighted the urgent need for thorough maintenance checks and the need for all amenities to work before guests arrive. After they got the electricity back on, we proceeded to settle in. We could not close the curtains because they were broken and hanging down. Again, I reached out to Jenny, who said she would have her team come over in the morning to fix the curtains; I stayed in all day the next day waiting, but no one showed up. I tried to contact her again but got no response. Day two went well until the evening. When I went in to get a shower, the water was off! I tried to contact Jenny again, NO RESPONSE. At this time, I reached out to Mr. Towle and got somewhat of an explanation that this was a seasonal water shortage. He assured me he would get it back on (it did come back on) and contact me in the morning because it was late in the evening. He DID NOT contact me in the morning as he said he would. This lack of communication about the water shortage could have been better. We should have been informed about the possibility of a shortage during this time of year. Apparently, this is a yearly occurrence. Your website does not mention any possible inconveniences, one being the possibility of water shortages during the end of the season. Better communication about such issues is crucial to ensure a smooth guest experience. It also shows integrity and gives guests confidence in your establishment. Another huge inconvenience is the noise. Namely, THE TRAIN. Constant train & highway noise. On your website, it looks like you will have a wilderness retreat experience, to the contrary. We had to put up with the loud trains and eighteen-wheelers traveling up and down the highway for three days. I know that you have no control over these. However, they should be mentioned on the website for full disclosure. The surrounding grounds were also unkempt. Numerous dead trees pose a threat of falling over and possibly hitting a dome, tent, cabin, someone's car, or even a person! Several sites were not useable and unsightly. They looked like fallen trees or high winds destroyed them. It made me wonder when the last time an owner was on the property to evaluate its poor condition. Also, the WI-FI and internet connections were inconsistent during the three-day time span. On the last night, it rained quite heavily. Around three am, I was awoken by dripping water on my head from the skylight in the ceiling! The ceiling had several patches in place, so I don't know if it was an existing or new hole. We heard water dripping in other parts of the dome but attempted to sleep despite the dripping water. I would give this property a one-star rating: half star for the grounds and half star for the better-than-nothing lodging. They seem more interested in getting and KEEPING your money than making sure you have a 5-star experience.

Before I get into the terrible review, please know the staff, such as Anthony, were very helpful and kind. I also tried to "please address complaints to us directly before posting a public review". Nobody ever responded. I would greatly appreciate at least a partial refund, but haven't been able to get in contact with ANYONE. I gave them time to respond, and now I may be too late in posting this review to be compensated. Prior to check-in, I did not receive email confirmation or instructions via email. When trying to contact anyone, I was given the phone number for Jenny, whose voicemail said she responds to texts and she does not listen to voicemail. She never responded to the texts I sent. We arrived on a Sunday, the tavern was closed, we had no cell signal, and thought we wouldn't be able to check into the geodome. Thankfully Anthony saw us from inside the tavern and checked us into our dome. He was very kind. The geodome itself had many issues. The shower was broken, sprayed everywhere, and was either freezing or burning hot. The coffee maker would not turn on or even shut properly. The sheets were visibly dirty. While I'm hoping we didn't see bed bugs, I think we saw bed bugs. There was a microwave and fridge but there was no table or surface to place food on. The screws on the spiral staircase were either missing or partly unscrewed. The bathroom door did not shut properly. Plugging electronics in beside the "upstairs" bed was risky and you had to place them on the netted ceiling above the bathroom. Constant train activity at night made it nearly impossible to sleep, it was incredibly loud--there are train tracks right across from the "resort". It rained overnight and into the day. When we got back to the dome the ceiling had broke and the bed was soaked. We contacted maintenance staff, who taped the plastic back up. They did not do anything about the soaked mattress. I don't know if they changed it after we left. They gave us new bedding, and new pillows that were either unwashed or repurposed from other guests. We got out of there as soon as we could. I can't underestimate how stressful it was to arrive at dark and not have cell signal and not know if you have a place to sleep during the night. I know they had my email, as they contacted me after my stay asking for a review (of course, never replying to my messages, though.) Again, the staff was kind, but perhaps find somewhere else to stay.

TLDR: The MT office does not answer their phones. They claim to not "have enough Wifi" and there is no cell reception so, no phone answering. The check-in timeframe is 4 pm to 7 pm, no later check-ins It's located in a gravel parking lot between train tracks and a relatively busy road It is a solid 45 minutes away from the main entrance of Glacier National Park In no way is it "luxury" Wifi is only in the main tent(s?) The tent we stayed in was still under construction Very cheaply constructed with plastic bathrooms, creaky stairs, very few lights Bed did not have sheets The CLEAR pods face each other, trashcans, random parking lot scenary The transparent parts of the tents are so poorly stretched across the frame of the tents that you can't actually see stars

Long long long version: My husband and I road trip a lot and are well acquainted with a bargain hotel or motel booked on a whim. In fact, we sort of appreciate the quirkiness of that type of accommodation. What I'm getting at is, we're not too picky. But, on our wedding night, after eloping in Glacier National Park, we figured we'd splurge and book a fun place to stay. We totally fell for the "luxury" vibes that Clear Sky Resorts touts with the same shamelessness as an instagram influencer with no followers. We booked it months prior to our wedding date on credit card points and were excited to have a fun, different, cozy place to return to after the celebrations.

A few days before our stay, I realized I never receieved a confirmation email or any communication from Clear Sky. The only thing I had was my email from Chase confirming the booking. I looked at that and noticed that the check-in timeframe was 4 pm to 7 pm. That was tricky for us because that was the time we were literally getting married. So, we started to call them. We called about 7 or 8 times, left voicemails, never heard back. Then we emailed, submitted a form through their website, and I messaged on instagram. We did receive an IG reply after the booking so...I guess good effort there.

The day of our wedding my husband went in person and was able to get them to allow us to check-in early. Yay! He did say that the individual he spoke with in the office was very kind, my one star is for her and her alone. After our ceremony, we came back late to a bottle of prosecco too, which was very kind.

But, the tents just kinda suck y'all. And really, it's that they are called, "luxury." If they were just honest with their marketing and didn't try to make it this cool hip thing, they'd be fine! But they are so poorly constructed and the layout of the whole camp was not thoroughly thought through. The roads are gravel and very loud when people drive near the tents. There's a train very close by along with one of the main roads in the area. Our specific tent was not completed, there was some exposed building materials. The staircase to the round mattress was shaky and unsteady feeling. The round mattress is cool I guess if it A.) it had sheets and B.) you and your sleeping buddy are not both very tall. The bathroom has the same vibe as an RV set up, the whole thing is sort of one, plastic piece that seemed like it was just dropped into the tent. It's small and kind of sterile. There were maybe three lights in the whole thing, so the seating area - which is made up of a tiny table and two slightly nicer collapesable camping chairs - has no light.

Our honeymoon chateu faced other tents and part of a dumpster. So, that was cool. There are curtains that you can draw closed, but the point of the experience is that you are supposed to feel like you're in the outdoors? So...idk. Idk what we're supposed to be paying for with this situation. We saw no stars from the top "window."

So...if you're just needing a place to stay and have low expectations, this is the spot for you! If you're typically ok with budget travel and excited to have a bougier experience, go ahead and...
