We have purchased several mattresses from John, with our most recent being an adjustable base bed. After 2 years, the remote for the bed stopped working. I was in contact with the manufacturer to have it replaced, but no longer had a copy of the receipt. I reached out to John to see if he had record of the transaction and could provide me with a copy. I fully expected the response to be, No! I made this request of John on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He reached out to me on Friday and shared that he managed to locate it and would be able to get it to me in the very near future. He did all of this over a holiday! I’ve had warranty issues with Feceras and paid triple the price for not even quarter of the customer service. The standard response is, “We so sorry that happened, but we can’t help.” (While they work so hard to sell the warranty to people with no intention of helping when something goes wrong!). At any rate, I felt it was necessary to provide this review, because this business is clearly more than selling beds! He cares about his customers. Thank you so much for making this business more than just one sales transaction. You are a good person with wonderful customer service. I called to leave a message on the voicemail after hours and he answered the phone. Took care of my questions and I will be making another purchase within the next month or two. I understand medium to top quality cost a little more lol… The best I can do at this point for the service you have given me is to give you a glowing review. Thank you sir.
BTW… I was quoted a price with delivery and it turned out the mattress I ordered wasn’t available so in my first purchase, I was upgraded. No questions I asked. Can’t say he’ll do it again, but he knew I was sleeping...

Any way so I'm bringing the mattress back and I bump my wooden staircase out front and put a stain on the side of the mattress, John says they will not even load that on there truck for warranty at any rate John said we will make this right and he did. 150% customer service. will tell friends and family what a great place to buy quality box spring and mattresses.
