Nutrition Works — Local services in Womelsdorf

I was pleased to find a store in town that carried health food products, Nutrition Works. To bad they don't take care of their customers! I purchased a pint of organic Rice Dream. When I opened the container later that night to my surprise it didn't taste right. Love this product, I have enjoyed it since the product came out.I went to take it back the next day and they were closed. I call this morning and asked who to talk to regarding returns and the person who answered the phone said she could help. When I told her about the product she responded that if it was open they couldn't take it back it was their policy. Really? I told her how would I know that it didn't taste right without opening it. I was then told she would call the company and give the bar code and decide from there. Wow, what a great policy, they cannot really expect to keep good customers that way. . I called the manufacturer, The Hain Celestial Group, all taken care of. Why would you not want to take care of your customers, especially in such a small town? Word spreads fast. Look out Giant...
